I wanted to start by saying that this has been by far the best experience we have ever had with any contractors company. Our anxiety level was so high at first but thanks to Edi, one of the Renotown Hamilton managers the process went smoothly and it was a real success. Reno town and their project Manager Lisa were there promptly. Their services are 100% professional. They know the customer needs and they make the whole process stress free. Lisa is the best project manager I have ever seen . I highly recommend Reno Town for any of your home improvement and restoration projects.

RenoTown did an excellent job when our basement flooded in February 2022. Lisa was on site quickly for her assessment and made the process simple. My dad purchased a condo about 35 years ago. He was very frugal and didn’t do anything to the apartment, original carpet, kitchen cupboards, flooring, wallpaper, and it hadn’t been painted. He passed on in May, so with my help, my stepmother and I decided to renovate and started to do our research and decided to go with Renotown Hamilton and we are extremely happy we did! The work they did is top notch. It surpassed our expectations! In addition, they did the work in a timely fashion and finished the project ahead of schedule. Lisa, the Project Manager was great!! She was with us every step of the way to oversee operations and making the transition worry free. She dropped by everyday to see how we were doing and answer any questions!!!! We thought that was a great bonus!! We are highly impressed with Renotown and would highly recommend them!! They were hard working, organized, dedicated to the job and paid attention to detail! RenoTown was fantastic from start to finish.Our basement flooded late in the evening in September 2021, it was very upsetting and stressful on my whole family. Lisa was on site the next day to assess the damage. She was knowledgeable and did everything possible to put our minds at ease and ensure us everything would be fine. She made the process simple and worked with us to make sure we were happy every step of the way. The gentlemen who worked at the house were friendly, talented and hard workers. You could tell they took great pride in their work and I 100% trusted them in my home. My Insurance Co. hired Renotown Hamilton to work on the water damage in my home. My husband worked in drywall & was extremely opinionated on how the ceiling damage in the kitchen should be fixed. Regardless of opinion differences, we were promised that it would look good. To make a long story short, I called them back several times to correct leaking taps & complain about the ceiling; I even asked to speak to the owner & no customer service satisfaction from him. I shared my experience with my Insurance Co. & pointed out that what Renotown billed for was not the service received.

We were put into contact with Renotown after going through insurance to repair a water-damaged floor. They were very helpful, responsive, and answered any questions we had around the insurance and repair processes.The installers were very professional, and our project manager routinely checked in on the progress.With the exception of some minor wall damage during the install (which was repaired by Renotown), the install was smooth and non-disruptive. They even came back to replace a piece of flooring that we were not 100% satisfied with quality-wise.A cleaning service was also part of the install/repair package, which we were not as satisfied with.Overall, I would recommend their services.

When my 98 year old mother's unit flooded, we were assigned Lisa Wood to help us through the process. Thank goodness! She understood the client's needs and did everything she could to make the process as painless as possible. She was thoughtful, professional and went out of her way to guide us through what was an unfamiliar process for us. She understands the meaning of 'customer service'.

Edi and Renotown were great! Renotown came to our house related to our insurance claim and we hired them to complete the repairs/renovations. The work was done very quickly - and we couldn't tell there had been any damage! The workers were very good and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend.
