I would highly recommend this store. Raffi was very helpful and patient. I appreciated his knowledgeable service which really facilitated the chore of finding a new mattress. We happily bought a mattress after an impromptu decision to pop in. Go there!!

Had a great shopping experience here! There's a wide selection of excellent quality bed frames and mattresses at great prices. The staff are very chill and don't pressure you to purchase anything making it an enjoyable shopping experience. Raffi is extremely knowledgeable and was a great help. They also are one of the few places locally where I can find a good quality and solid fabric storage bed with drawers at a reasonable price. Was recommended by friends to check out Sleep Shop and I will definitely recommend them to others as well, especially over other big chains like Sleep Country.

Wonderful service! Raffi was awesome! No pressure at all - he explained everything about each of the beds that he suggested that he thought could work for me. He then left me to try each of the beds for as long as I wanted to. Superb service - the best experience I have had purchasing a mattress ever!! Thank you!! It was a pleasant experience.

Raafi is a great person, He provides good customer service with good knowledge.We had our first ever excellent experience at a mattress store! We walked in just to have a browse and met Raffi. It was very refreshing as he was no pressure, very knowledgeable and showed us all our options with exactly what we asked for. We would definitely recommend Sleep Shop Langley. Raffi was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He offered us options and let us take our time to decide what to buy.We were always comfortable. There was no pressure and no attempt to steer us to higher end or unsuitable products.Our son accompanied us and he will return to buy a new bed soon.The product will be delivered to our home in the Kootenays for a reasonable price as we do not live in the Lower Mainland.I highly recommend purchasing from this store. We had comparison shopped and Raffi gave us the best deal.
