Viking Chem-Dry

Gary has been cleaning my carpets for over 25 years. He is reliable and professional. He does a great job with getting all kinds of stains out and I've had some challenging ones! He has also come on short notice for carpet emergencies. I highly recommend him and the Chem-Dry method.

Gary was great, so we went with them. We explained we have builder grade carpet and 2 large dogs so just wanted a good clean, knowing we wouldn't have this carpet forever.Unfortunately, found later that Gary didn't even extract the carpet, just swirled around the dirt and grime, like a tile floor cleaner. He just used a rotating floor polisher with bonnet.Carpets smelled/looked clean at first but once dried, our house now smells horrible!! Worse than before the carpets were cleaned".Did not expect miracles but for a carpet cleaning company to just swirl around grime and not actually extract the carpets

I love Chem-Dry. Gary is prompt and efficient. The process does not take a long time and I love that the carpet is not shaking wet when it is finished. It drys very quickly. I have two older cats and throw ups can be quite frequent. After Gary has cleaned my carpets they look bran new. I have actually held off in replacing my carpets because Gary makes them look like new. Thank you Gary for Viking-Chem Dry.

Discovered that a new couch and old dog don't always mix. Woke up to a puddle soaked into our large chaise couch cushion. No dry cleaner could help us out & the cushion was too big, but Gary at Viking Chem-Dry gave us hope! He promptly had Jessie come pick up the cushion from our home, professionally cleaned it at their place and delivered it within hours of our SOS. They recovered the mess beautifully. We have had Gary cleaning our carpets for more than 20 years. He is efficient and neat. In addition he has offered helpful hints about keeping our carpets in good condition. Gary and Jesse are friendly, polite, and very professionally. We will call them again.

The carpeting throughout our house is over 20 years old, and it is solid white. Most people think that we have just replaced the carpet. We had our large sectional cleaned last week by Viking Chem-Dry. From the first phone call with Gary and Jesse, to the follow up after the cleaning, they were amazing!! Prompt with the quote and scheduled within a couple of weeks. Jesse did an amazing job with treating spots on the couch and made it look brand new again. I highly recommend Viking Chem-Dry!!
