Lillian Park

It’s been 8 months that I have been living here and it’s been a great experience. The building is extremely pet friendly. It’s more expensive (parking as well) but you get in return extremely friendly concierge always happy to help, great amenities and very responsive maintenance.Amenities include rooftop with bbq, gym, party room, 2 pools, hot tub, game room, pet wash, theatre room, and more.Side note, the sauna burned down mid-2022 and it still hasn’t been fixed. Hot tub has been broken for over a month and hasn’t been fixed.Overall though, would recommend if within your budget.

Brand new apartment in Midtown Toronto managed by amazing and kind staff. I've lived here for half of the year, and I have no regrets. Clean public areas, amazing views, especially from the rooftop in summer, spacious swimming pool, and even more. Online portal makes it easy to leave service requests and to contact the concierge, and respond is quick as well.Hope to fully enjoy public spaces after pandemic's done!

I have been living in Lillian Park for more than a year now, and this is the best experience I had in Toronto. It's my fourth home in Toronto, and none of what I had before compares to what Lillian Park offers.The management is good and kind. They promptly support you with any problem you may encounter, and the community environment is very friendly.I don't have any complaints regarding the neighbors. They are usually nice and respect my privacy. (no complaints about the noise level or anything like that)The interior of the apartment is modern and has everything I need.I am glad to have found Lillian Park. I highly recommend it.

I just recently moved from Lillian Park, but have nothing but good things to say about my time living here.The staff and team are great. All of them were always so nice, courteous and personable. From my move in to my move out, top notch people working here.I never had any big issues while living here and if I did have a small thing come up, they were quick to take care of it through their messaging service.The gym is fantastic and very well kept. Very clean and all the machines/equipment were great.Unfortunately I didn't get to use the sauna much as there was a fire and it never got repaired due to the insurance claim. The pool and hot tub was also a good spot for me to relax as well.The area is fantastic as well with lots of places to go eat and hang out at. You can get to wherever you want as well with everything basically right there. The only bad thing about the area is all the construction throughout the street and how bad the roads are with pot holes and bumps.Overall this building is a great place to live and I would recommend it for any one that can afford it and is looking to be in the heart of the action" if you want to live away from downtown

We have been living here for about a year, and this is the best apartment building we have ever lived in. We renewed our lease without hesitation. When we were deciding where to rent, we were not sure if all the great reviews are true. After a year, we can say without a doubt that the management team deserves all the great reviews! Any maintenance request would be fulfilled without delay. The concierges are always welcoming and happy to help us. There’s also a dog park right next to the building, which is very convenient. The soundproof of the building is also fantastic. We don’t hear street noises at all, and we can barely hear the dog bark (which happens pretty rarely. Dog owners in the community are very considerate about the noises). The den in our unit has a huge window which works really well for remote working.

The building is well organized and managed, pet friendly, motivated dedicated proactive staff, great daycare on the lower lobby floor, fast maintenance, and other excellent amenities. Smoke-Free Property. In-suite laundry, dishwashers, and microwaves. One of the best in the area.

An amazing place to stay around Midtown. The apartments are modern, stylish, and well-designed, providing the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics.One aspect that truly sets Shiplake Properties apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff members are friendly, approachable, and always willing to go above and beyond to address any concerns or inquiries. They oare prompt in responding to maintenance requests and ensure that the property is meticulously maintained at all times.The property has easy access to an array of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and parks, all within walking distance. The proximity to public transportation and Yonge Street makes commuting a breeze.

It is well maintained and managed building. There a lot of entertainment options, engagement in the community and friendly staff.Fantastic location e suite design.

Love living here. Administration of the 44 Lillian St building is very polite and helpful. A ton of social events that are free to attend and happening more frequently than any other building in Toronto. Amenities are also great.

Rules in the gym, choose to follow some but not others. People consistently bring friends into the small gym and have no means to prevent or enforce this. They close the gym down after 11 pm daily for supposed cleaning but I only see the cleaners here at that time once a week at most. At the same time, they removed the hand sanitizers in the gym, where use should be encouraged to help keep the gym clean. No notice or explanation at all for why they removed them. The disinfectant wipe dispensers keep getting stuck or just simply empty. See the pattern here? They care about cleanliness so much that they have to shut the gym down overnight for cleaning yet don't invest in proper methods to keep the gym clean that truly make a difference (hand sanitizers, wipes). Oh and the gym is shared by 3 buildings as another reviewer mentioned.
