We met with Brian once for him to give us an assessment of our home to put on the market. We interviewed 4 different Realtors and Brian was the worst by far.He showed up unprepared, hadn’t done any comps for our area, didn’t want to see the house (he just sat in our kitchen) and took notes of what kind of home we were looking to eventually purchase.He seemed very distracted and clearly didn’t want to be meeting with us.He said he would do some research and come back in a week to give us the assessment and other details for the sale and purchase of a new home. Any other Realtor we met with already had comps pulled and had done some research.A half hour before he was supposed to come back, he cancelled. I asked him to at least provide the assessment and he was a minimum of $40,000 lower than all of the other agents. We ended up selling our home for considerably more than what he estimated.If he didn’t want the listing, he should have just said he was too busy or passed it along to one of his colleagues.Our interactions with him were not professional, he was rude and we do not recommend him at all.

Brian was extremely unprofessional. He did not answer calls or texts in a timely manner. I had to follow up multiple times to get the contact information for the lawyer he recommended, which caused undue stress to finalize the purchase. Typical response time was days. He couldn't even bother to meet to hand over the keys on possession day. I had to suggest for him to send an associate because he was too busy but didn't offer any solutions. During the process I requested an evaluation of my current property and he still hasn't provided feedback 3 weeks later. His service level is by far the lowest I have experienced and unfortunately my negative experience has been shared by others in the Nakamum lake area.
