Their company has been getting loud negative backlash recently for poor employee treatment. Who wants to give business to a mess like that? No thank you; think I'll steer clear and find someone happy in their job that can do their best.

Oxford Properties Group may be among the worst landlords in Toronto. Complete indifference to tenant issues and problems, repeated refusals to address the simplest issues, and a culture which prioritizes the bottom line at the expense of everything else. It's no surprise their culture is so bad - they treated their workers terribly when they forced them to return to the office, and they treat their tenants just as badly too. Before renting in Toronto, check to see if Oxford Properties runs the property - if they do, DO NOT rent from Oxford Properties.
