Literally charged my mother and I 190 dollars for both of us to get a pedicure?? When on their ig the prices say 51$? Then as were about to leave asks for 5$ more because she forgot to charge for removal"

Vy is my nail tech and she always goes above and beyond, I highly recommend her.However, I am upset and feel scammed because I booked for toe nail shellac removal today which is $12. I was charged $40 for a pedicure (didn’t even get colour) I booked over the phone for gel x new set + shellac toe nail removal, she asked if I wanted a pedicure I said no. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was asked again twice if I wanted a pedicure I said no, just shellac removal. I was unaware I was getting a pedicure because I don’t normally get pedicures as my feet are sensitive and get ticklish. I may as well have got colour if I knew I was gonna pay that much. Not sure if I’ll want to come back.

First time getting my nails done (acrylic). Now i dont know whats the proper procedure or anything but as soon as i sat down, the technician started right away ( i wasnt told to wash my hands/pic a color, and it looked like nothing was being sanitized first). Everything else went ok ( i guess). I feel like the tip was a little too narrow for my nail size and the sides of my nails got sand down pretty raw. A whole side of my nail is actually sanded off the nail bed. When the tech was “sanding” the gel it got on my cuticle and i bled a little ( again, i dont know if this is common as this is my first time ever). I’ll post some pictures, you be the judge.If this is the norm, im never getting my nails done again, its just not worth it. Getting these removed soon. The ladies were friendly and all but i guess this is just not for me. I cant wait to remove these.

Ruby did an amazing job on my pedicure. She gave me an awesome leg massage and the polish looks beautiful. Will definitely be back again!

I Sent an email to show the exact design I wanted and called to confirm the price as no one would respond to my email. I was quoted 120$ for the gel nails with the design and my toes to be painted and then when I went to pay I was charged 165$ before tax and tip. I wasn’t happy with the quality of the work here either. 185$ down the drain in the end.

My go-to nail salon! Easy to call and make an appointment to get the time you want if you let them know 2 days out. I changed to this salon almost a year ago because of their quality acrylic or gel x extensions. Also, I love that their pedicures are done with the cozy spa chairs. I’m a design girlie and would appreciate if they offered to more current nail design trends. Service is very kind and accommodating.

AMAZING - Everyone was so lovely and accommodating. Haven't really gotten my nails done too many times and they talked me through, my hands aren't the best from housekeeping. Very well done, the lady that did my nails was lovely and amazing and what she does. Nice and clean, good vibe! Excuse my bad hands.
