Bad costumer service! April 5, 2022, I went to registered my 2 vehicles. The lady clerk that did my renewal is so RUDE! All ask was a clarification with my registered vehicles because I got confuse. I know I messed up because you have to do it all over again, but you don't have to get mad! And she's telling her co-workers and other costumers that it's full moon tonight and I need to make up my mind. That is VERY RUDE! That is not how you TREAT your costumers! If I know her name, I will really put it in here just to let other costumers to be aware! I've been registering my vehicles on this place for 10 years and this is the first time that it happen to me, in front on other people! This is a new lady clerk doing renewal as I didn't see her previous year!

Western Financial Group in Vermilion, AB is awesome. Branden Smart is my broker for my office and luckily for me there is usually always a quick turn around cause sometimes my plans change last minute which means my insurance needs change last minute. The folks there are always welcoming and go above and beyond.

Great responsive service. Branden Smart was a terrific broker that was caring answering all my questions and offering options that worked best for my needs.The very few times I visited and he was away or not available, friendly competent associates/coworkers were able to local my file immediately and deliver service.

After deciding to get back into the oilfield, a friend gave me Branden's phone number at Western. He has been super resourceful and knowledgeable in all aspects of my insurance needs. Branden is awesome to deal with.

We came here to apply for an Alberta Health Care card. They were so busy, but the process was still very fast and pain-free. The employees were all very polite and friendly, and overall it was a great experience.

If I could give 6 stars I would.I had Kayleen help me with my auto insurance this morning. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. She made the whole process go so smooth, I will be definitely be back!
