I met a very direspectful lady today on second floor the last door who told me to sit and wait while she chatted away. I had to go away without any assistance

It’s a really depressing place I hate it rude staff especially Bridgette and Mauro don’t go here lil room continuously staff are at your door no privacy DONT GO THERE!!!

Constant questioning, unnecessary surveillance and harassment, loud noises, power shut offs etc complaining to staff doesn't seem to solve anything either! They don't clean up well or give notices when theyre using dangerous cleaning products in the room either! Hopefully something is done soon about this extremely odd and violent management. Pretty blatant racism and homophobia. Definitely not a safe space for women! They don't seem to respect their clients/residents/employees needs/privacy either unfortunately!

Giving you 5 starts is an understatement. This is the best Shelter in Toronto! 3 years ago, I was homeless and you were there for me. I love Sojourn house.

Sojourn house is a wonderful place to stay. They have a really nice case worker. They really helped when I came from my country. I want to shout to Mauro and Pearl for being so kind to me. I want to shout out to all the other workers they are caring.❤

Hullo surjoun house Ontario.From the day I got to surjoun house i have been treated as a son.The atmosphere, food,cleanliness of rooms, hospitality have been amazing.Have had the best transition guidance and am going to miss all but especially Fatima,,Judith, Jamila, Betele,Dr.Roy,,Elenndre,the list is endless. Thank you for tolerating us even when as sons and daughters would anger you.What an excellent team and pray the Almighty keep your good spirits high insha-Allah.
