DC Appliance Repair

Chuck came out this afternoon. He was friendly and prompt. Problem I have with company is the diagnostic fee.Chuck was able to determine in about 3 minutes that my problem was I needed a new lid latch. I feel that company could give customers a break and apply some of the 118. 95 towards the labor charge . It is alot of money for a 3 minute diagnosis!!!!! Cost me 359.45 for a 15 minute repair. I don't feel it was a fair price . My experience was not good at all. Repair was done in a timely fashion but cost was high. I'm disappointed .

Austin was very nice and polite and explained everything he was doing while repairing the washer. Thank you. Earned a repeat customer!!

Our refrigerator stopped working, and we were already looking for a new one, however, after contacting the manufacturer we were advised to call DC Appliance Repair for a service. Wayne, a service technician with DC Appliance Repair, came with Nathan, an apprentice, next day exactly on the scheduled time. They were very polite, courteous and professional. Identified the issue with the fridge in a short period of time and fixed the problem quickly. We were very glad we called them and we are very happy with their job! We will call them again without any hesitation if we need a help in future.

We've used this company twice recently, and both times they were prompt, friendly, fair and very professional! We had our appliances repaired quickly with no issues afterwards. Recommend highly!

Unfortunately we purchased from Orville’s a refrigerator that was leaking when plugged in we had to call DC appliances to come out and fix.The day we were scheduled was for the time frame of 8-12 the driver Mike was very impatient we asked to give us 20 mins he stated he could only wait 10 to rescheduleWe were given the supervisors number Tim who also would not listen to us as customers of a brand new fridge they could have easily resolved by waiting we shouldn’t have to rearrange our whole schedule for a brand new fridge. by calling ahead and not calling when on the way from up the street.we had to reschedule and ask that they call and give us a heads up 20 mins before arrival

My repairman, Austin was professional and personable. He had the dishwasher taken apart and explored multiple areas that could be the source of the dishwasher not working. He spent time working on the machine and also told me what he was doing and finding. He was great! And it is now working!!

I missed the link to do the survey, so I wanted to come on and leave a review. Last month our washer stopped working. I called our warranty line and they scheduled us with a repair with DC appliance. We had Austin for our repair. He was on time and professional. He needed a part he did not have, so he re-scheduled with us for 2 days later so the part could be ordered. A little while that day, we got a call from Austin that he was able to find the part needed and if we wanted he could come back this same day. I was working from home due to the original time slot, so he was able to come back and fix the washer. So far, no issues with the washer. We would use them again. Austin even left a card should any issues came up.

I have used this company a few times and they are the best. They have been on time and responsive each visit. They are affordable and honest with the repair. The gentlemen they sent today was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

I was driving behind one of their trucks today, called the number on the van, Tim helped me troubleshoot my refrigerator issue right away. Even though DC Appliance couldn't solve our issue, he gave me a referral to try. Even though the referral didn't pan out, Tim was the first person in 6 months that's even had a clue on what to do. Last guy was guessing and stalling his way through and I still have a fridge that doesn't make ice or give filtered water. But I am really HAPPY with the help I received today and think these guys are great. Next issue I have, I'll be sure to call again.

I'd like to thank Austin for his great customer service! He called 15 mins. prior to arrival, was knowledgeable and efficient in the services he provided. He was friendly and professional. He had all the parts on hand that were needed (besides the lid he ordered right away!) and scheduled the next repair within a couple of days. He completed both of my service repairs less than 30mins! (Which I believe is really quick! But, I'm not repair tech lol but, I still think is good timing.} Everything works and looks new again! Thanks again Austin! and DC Appliance Repair!
