Margaret Orme at Connect Hearing in Oak Bay did an excellent job of evaluating my hearing aid needs and setting my hearing aids up for me. She even provided me with some customized settings for specific applications which have proven invaluable in my day-to-day life. She is always attentive, professional and personable and I wholeheartedly recommend her as a top notch audiologist! Thanks, Margaret, for helping me hear consonants again! :)

I had an excellent experience with my first hearing test in many years. The testing was thorough, and the audiologist took the time to explain the results as she performed several tests, and made sure throughout that I understood the results and checked in regularly to see if I had any questions. If you need a hearing test, I'd highly recommend Connect Hearing on Cadboro Bay Road!

My husband saw Dr. Mae Hernandez and had the most thorough hearing test he’s ever experienced. She was professional, friendly, helpful , and you could tell she loves her work , and helping people with their hearing problems.Dr. Hernandez tested , and adjusted his existing hearing aids and the results were absolutely terrific. We can now watch TV together with the volume at my comfort level, and conversation is so much easier without having to constantly repeat myself.He is extremely happy………and so am I.

Dr Mae hernandez is truly a gem.; so professional, so caring. I went for a test and now have a baseline result for the future. While I was there, I witnessed an elderly man who was having problems with his hearing aid. The technician cleaned it and checked the wires. He put it in and said that it was perfect. All that with gentleness, a smile and no charge

Thank you to Dr. Mae Hernandez & staff for the excellent customer service on behalf of my Mom. We can't say enough great things about Dr. Hernandez. She was and is very patient and kind to my Mom. Her instructions were clear and she always welcomed questions. Being able to have a no obligation trial pair of hearing aids allowed my Mom to go back in time to a point where she could clearly hear conversations & hear her TV. After her first day she didn't want to return them. Ultimately we ordered a set of Phonak rechargeable hearing aids for her. The on going support from both Dr. Hernandez and the Connect Hearing staff has being exemplary. Being able to hear has given Mom a new lease on life. Wish we had connected with Connect sooner.

Mae has been my Audiologist since I got my first hearing aids 10 years ago. She is consistently very helpful, attentive, proficient , very professional and friendly. I had a session with her yesterday where my hearing was tested, the hearing aids adjusted & fine tuned & as usual a very pleasant satisfying visit.The front office staff likewise are very friendly .This office location is much easier to get to than downtown as well easier to get parking.Highly recommend Dr. Mae Hernandez & Connect Hearing.

I have worn hearing aids for years and always have received competent help from the audiologists I have seen but one of them really stands out. It is Dr. Mae Hernandez at the Cadboro Bay Clinic in Victoria BC. She is especially good at diagnosing hearing and equipment problems and finding solutions. In addition she takes time to clearly explain what she is doing and what the results mean. I rate her work as 5 out of 5!John
