Hamilton Laundry

I have laundry facility in my building so I didn't have to use laundromat but I am happy that our facility was closed so I had to use this place. I haven't used our building one ever since. This place is perfect, the machines are clean, the llace is very very clean, staff is friendly and the best thing I can use app and they have coin machines as well. Great place. 10 stars from me.

I came here on June 27th at 11:20 knowing the laundromat is open until 1am and carol that was here working refused my business telling me I couldn't do my laundry . She was very rude. I come in here faithfully for the last 5 years and have NEVER been turned away. On a regular basis every three weeks im spending at least $100. Terrible customer service . Im glad I came back tonight to see my dear friend lilly who is working tonight who kindly helps me, allows me to come at 1130 knowing I'm not going to keep the staff here later then close. She is absolutely delightful always. Such a kind hearted friendly staff member and she is the reason I am willing to still come here . If lilly wasn't here I wouldn't come after the experience I had yesterday .

Absolutely the worst run establishment I have ever seen. I used their wash and fold service for years and the first instance was my white shirts coming back completely stained. The workers tried to get the stains out but to no avail and owner did nothing. About 6-8 months I picked up my laundry and approx $500 worth of clothes was missing. Wasn’t blaming the workers their at all and even told them it would be nice if the owner would even make a token gesture of a week of free laundry ( my cost only $35) the owner’s response… we won’t do anything for you, prove it. So after 3 years of spending an average of $2,200 a year on their service it is sad to say I won’t be back. They lost a loyal customer over what would probably have cost the owner about $5.00. If their customers mean that little to them …..

I have lived in Hamilton for about 13 years, and have been to all of the laundrymats down the hill. And trust me when I say, I have seen some ISH at those places! There is nothing worse than paying top dollar to do laundry just to get home and find your clothes are not clean. Today I decided to do some spring cleaning and gathered every piece of washable fabric in my house. Clothes, bedding, towels, everything. I needed to find a spot that was big enough for everything so I decided to try out Hamilton Laundry and to say I am wow'ed is an understatement! It's clean, there is a bathroom, a laundry sink, lots of machines, my clothes are SO clean, and best of all, THERE IS AN AMAZING MASSAGE CHAIR!!! Probably the best one I have ever sat in to be honest. Got a massage while I waited for my clothes to dry. The attendant, Lily, she is busy cleaning and polishing everything, and is so friendly. I don't know what she makes but Owners: she needs a raise! Employees like her are hard to come by. Will definitely be back.

Very clean laundromat with plenty of machines and a warm, bright atmosphere. Excellent staff too. Unfortunately every time I use the dryers I get ripped off for a few quarters on each of my loads! Not a big deal, but it would be nice to see them working properly and not indiscriminately gobbling quarters without putting any minutes on the timer!

This was our first time at this laundry mat and boy were we impressed! It was so clean! In fact, when we walked in at 10pm, there was this wonderful, and friendly attendant named Lily polishing up the washers bringing them to a sparkling shine. The double loader machine we used for our oversized heavy blanket was powerful and got the job done! The dryer was awesome too! Nothing beats an extremely clean place to do your laundry, especially with a friendly, professional attendant to answer your questions if you have any. Thanks Lily! You were a big help to us for our first time at Hamilton Laundry!
