My Experience with Tim from Hello Nerds was Excellent, i appreciate that, Didn't got my printer going because there is a hardware issue with that, but still the support was excellent.

My Experience with Tim from Hello Nerds was Long, but everything was done satisfactory.

Is this even a real business?I tried to book online - book now form failed at payment page twice (as in, the page didn't acknowledge or change even though I clicked to pay).I tried to call support. No answer. Then someone called me back from a different phone number saying they were from the IT company" and more or less coaxed me into saying the name. He had no idea what I was talking about with an online booking form. He then offered to take payment over the phone - nooooo thank you bro. I hung up. He called back. Twice.About two hours later I got two invoices to my email for the pre-payment amount.Decided to go in person. It's in the back of a business park - fine. But there is no signage anywhere and the door to their unit was around the corner from the drive way and locked at 1:30pm on a Monday.Again

I really want your company to know that I work for Xfinity and we have survey's also. Chris N & Adam W was the most pleasant reps to speak to and very professional. I truly appreciate all of the patience and explanation they provided me. They found the problem, told me how to fix it in the future and I am a happy to say I had one of the best customer service experiences thus far. Thank you both for all you have done. Nerd Inc. these two need a raise. Thanks again for all of your help.
