TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The tellers are super nice the services are excellent .How ever the loan department is impossible they didn't come look at my location that has no debt they based my loan on my one account that was not in use not my other account I have had for 4 years .I got the feeling they are only willing to helping local and small businesses if they are fully covered on their end as I offered to put up 80 percent of the value of the loan in assets and was still told no ( with no debt at all )They may as well just put a computer in a little room that you can apply to because that's what it felt like .2 stars for the tellers and 1 star for the services .

This is one of the worst branches. I have banked with them for 22 years and no longer will be dealing with TD Canada trust.They pre qualified us for a loan to purchase a home. We have it in writing. When it was time to purchase the home they stated that the loan was going to be a $100,000 less then what was pre approved. Therefore we lost the purchase of the home. We invested over $1000 in home inspections and appraisals that we now lost out on. TD Canada trust does not care about money we lost on their behalf.From this day forward anytime I hear about a co worker or friend talking about a loan I will be sharing the distress td Canada trust caused my family. They should be ashamed of the unprofessionalism they have at this branch. They never answer their phone. I believe the young teller with long dark hair is named Amy. She keeps her hair over her name tag so people can't see it. She is very rude, demeaning and misrable. She should not be working in customer service.

There was a lady teller (i think she was semi-new) in a couple weeks ago who is pretty curt and even rude. She is middle aged and has dyed red hair. She did some sort of 'tick' thing with her tongue to emphasize her rude and sarcastic remarks to me. When I mentioned I had a good chunk of $$ to invest, she said something to the effect of oooooh

The person who got me set up with an account was great, every time I go in it is quite a pleasant experience. However, recently I haven't been able to access my access" card. Ironic? Methinks so. Anyways

Ugh. Pretty much sums it up. Worst banking (or just general) customer service experiences I’ve literally ever had. I typically really like TD (downtown location) but they guy we dealt with at the terminal park branch to see about getting a loan was rude, disinterested and unprofessional. They also never told us the information we were going to need for our meeting, so it was just one big waste of time. I feel like asking for my hourly wage back for the time I took off coming here.

Absolutely brutal. They have no idea what's going on with Investment accounts with a huge disconnect with basic requirements and other departments. Waterhouse employes say the branch is a embarrassment. Over three weeks and still waiting for a TFSA, CASH and Margin. had to do most myself and delayed as a result of the branch application mistakes. Thanks Jeff. absolutely a brutal start to the relationship, realizing i should not trust them with my money.

I find this location up and down. Generally the staff is great, sometimes the tellers are sub par and there are lineups. Had a great experience with the loan officer in the back

I've never had a td account before but after signing up with them at this location. I can't imagine banking anywhere else. Everyone at this branch is so friendly and amazingly helpful in every way! If you want your banking needs and much much more met. I highly recommend this location!

Shout out to Sabrina. I went into the branch to deal with my finances during this unknown time/crisis. Sabrina handled my transactions very fast and professional. It reminded me of the the old times when you were given personal service. Keep up the great work. Thanks again to you Sabrina and your team.

I was a member here. I switched jobs and brought a cheque from each job (a total of two cheques). Neither one was fantastic. The front desk lady ID'd me, confirmed with someone else, and told me to wait the standard 3 business days. A week later, my account is locked for fraud. Going to the branch I was told the issue wasn't there, they sent me to another branch halfway across town. That branch had no clue what was going on and sent me to the Woodgrove location, who, had no idea what was going on. This gong show went on 3 weeks, with daily phonecalls, going to the branches and trying to explain to my landlord that the money was in my account, I could show him, but after hours (literally hours) on the phone every day for over a week. They gave me my funds when I finally closed my account.Not a single member from any of the 3 branches or one of the dozen people I talked with for hours on the phone gave me a reason for locking my account. No apologies for the stress for no reason, just excessive amounts of stress and told I would have service fee's if I came back.Fantastic.
