Carrier reefer sales and service... this is the new facility and is a quite nice facility. The bad part is they are very very busy. They will get you in and out as quick as possible but depending on how busy they are and maybe a while. The staff are friendly though and they will do their best to accommodate you

It was amazing. The people who work there are so nice. Their knowledge about reefers is head and shoulders above any other company I've dealt with in the past. The attention to detail is remarkable. I worked with Gregory, I believe his name was. Again knew his stuff backwards and forwards. The only regret is that I can only give this company 5 stars. Highly recommend this company if you're in the market for reefers.

6 hours for an apu belt replacement... Also since they are so busy moving things in and out they damaged truck. Then proceeded to say it was rust.. clearly uneducated forman that he can't tell the difference. If I could leave 0 stars it would be ideal. Either they rubbed on door or hit with forklift. Bad practice moving equipment near other customers equipment. Aslo reception is rediuclas. Almost forgot if you need to drop your trailer for a truck repair they expect you to blindside 90 it off the main road. Which isn't ideal but there's that.

First rate service. Repair completed ahead of schedule time. Front desk super friendly. A single Shut driver needs attitude adjustment. He has forgotten that it is important to treat the customers with respect.

Another example where I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrific service, useless techs. Called for service at 10 am yesterday. They didn't arrive until 3 am the next day. They then sent an e mail saying there is no problem with unit (makes me question if they know what a reefer is supposed to do) followed 15 minutes laters with an e mail reading there is a freon leak and it needs to go to the shop.This company doesn't care at all.

Treated good...all work was complete made me aware if what they were doing at all times...girls at front desk greeted u with a smile and made sure if u wanted coffee or tea while waiting... they kept u updated on when u would be ready to go...I would highly recommend this place...
