I came across this site today and instead of ordering online, I decided to call. I just wanted to make sure they delivered to our area. I have to say that my experience with them has been above par. I had the pleasure of dealing with Julie and she was kind, patient, thorough, and eager to assist in any way possible. I highly recommend using this service. If you can, request Julie, because she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are lucky to have her and I was lucky to get her on the phone today.

My original review was negative after a bad experience where they failed to deliver my order within the advertised timeframe, leaving my scrambling to find a backup for thanksgiving weekend.I have since ordered several times with the new delivery system. It's very quick, flexible and accurate. Lots of great new options to try, it's been very convenient and I haven't been disappointed since.

I recently ordered a case of Iron Maiden beer for an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. It arrived super quick, however there was a little mix up and the wrong item was shipped. Despite a minor inconvenience, the mixup was corrected. The staff were super friendly and within 2 days I had the correct order! Amazing! Mistakes happen, and the customer service was phenomenal at making it right hence the 5 stars! My boyfriend is super pleased with his gift too! Thank you harvest team! :)
