They looked at the car immediately and clearly explained all my repair options including costs. They completed the repair quickly and cleaned my car mats and all my windows as well. I came to Complete Auto Glass Solutions for a windshield replacement due to a large crack. I had an incredible experience with Phil and his team, I cannot rave about them enough! Firstly, the customer service was above and beyond. So friendly and welcoming, and Phil even shuttled me from my house back to the shop to pick up my car! Next, the work they did was phenomenal, and at a very reasonable price! My new windshield looks absolutely fantastic, and again they went above and beyond and tidied up my interior (wiped my dash, vacuumed my mats). You can tell they really care about the customers' experience and the work they do. I can't recommend this place enough - thank you Phil and team!!

We need more honest shops like these!I came in looking to buy a new rear window for my old truck and was ready to spend the money. The good team at Complete Auto Solutions assessed the window and seal and told me it was in great shape (just real dirty and needed to be taken apart and cleaned). They confirmed it was original to the truck and by keeping it would help retain the value of the vehicle. After taking the window out we found the water leaks and they guided me on how to fix it myself. Fast forward a week and my leaks are fixed and the back window is back in looking as good as new. I appreciate the team shifting their schedule to accommodate me before the rain came later that day. These guys are great at what they do and I will be pointing everyone I know their way. Thank you, guys, for all the help.

Excellent service and prices! It is clear that they really value their customers and are dedicated to delivering quality work. The whole process of replacing my windshield only took a few hours and they took amazing care of my car. I am really glad to have found out about this place, I don't know of anywhere else that would meet their quality of service. Excellent quality of work and customer service! I went in with a rather large stone chip, and I was impressed with the repair. Very clean, good quality work. I've had these repairs done elsewhere in the past, and it would be left a bit smudged and foggy in that spot. This repair was crystal clear. The lovely person at the front desk even contacted my insurance company for me to get this repair covered for me (which I was unaware I could get coverage for even after I had already spoken on the phone with my insurance company about the stone chip I got from a truck). The gentlemen who serviced my car made me feel valued as a customer, went above and beyond what I went in for (even cleaning all my windows, dash, center console, and a quick vacuum). Amazing job replacing my cracked windshield it has never looked prettier ! Very satisfied with their work as well as it only took 2 hours. They even accommodated me and drove me to the library while I waited and picked me up to bring me back to my car as well. I tried to offer a $20 tip and they said they would much rather an online review and gave me back my $20.They gave me the best deal on my windshield $340 and I was quoted $380-$500 at other places.Thank you again I’m so grateful I stopped in for a quote

Complete Auto Glass Solutions got me in quickly to replace my stone-damaged windshield. They were prompt, professional, courteous, a pleasure to do business with. 2 hours and done. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own there was a distortion in the new windshield glass and they had to replace it again. They were so apologetic and thankful for my business. I don’t wish broken windshields on anyone but if it happens to a friend of mine, I know where to send them!
