I've been going to Fiat to get service for all my vehicles for over 5 years now. I've done tires, oil changes, and major maintenance services because their parts and service dept is very accommodating and knowledgeable. They are thorough and ensure I'm getting what I need done in a timely manner. Ben and Andrew are amazing to deal with!

I really appreciate the proactive annual reminder the prompt service reception, the discussion of scheduled needs and optional maintenance suggestions, and the detailed review of what was completed and technician’s notes.This is the most consistent and attentive service experience I have experienced in many years. After searching and searching for a place to take our car for a service in the city I decided to take it to Fiat Victoria. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Purchased an Alfa Romeo Giulia from here and Alex provided top notch service! Easy to deal with, great communication and they were able to offer me the best trade in value compared to others. The day of delivery, the car was inside their showroom and perfectly detailed. The finance manager Rex was very helpful and everything was as promised. Would highly recommend Alex and the team here.

Installed the wrong battery on my Fiat 500X. Created a lot of hassle and cost me $300 in towing fees (they covered the cost of the replacement correct size battery) which they refused to cover saying that I should have kept a jumper cable in my car at all times, probably have a car follow me at all times too to jump the battery from!Just completely unreasonable and unapologetic about a very obvious mistake they made!
