Went to McDonald's for some Coffee and Breakfast like normal before going to work, Yesterday i got the wrong order so i didn't make a big fuss about it, told myself I'll tell the manager the next day. Next day arrives so i pull up to the drive thru and told them i didn't get the proper order the day before so the night manager come at the window with a major attitude problem almost making me feel like i'm a liar and i just wanted some free food.

Drive thru was slower than acceptable. I engaged them after a few minute and they said, just a second"...I waited a few more minutes and called out to them again. "Just a minute"...I waited 5 more minutes and then drove away. Two people behind me did the same.My recommendation is to fire everyone and reopen with motivated and enthusiastic employees."

Terrible service. Ordered table and it never showed. Went up to ask and they said we called my number. What number? The app doesn't give you one when you order table service. Then she said we don't do table service even though there are numbers on the table. I asked about my fiance's and it had never even been completed. It was just sitting under the heat lamp.

One of the best cafes in Ottawa, period! Every desert is special, delicious, and not too sweet. The personnel is very friendly and the interior is well-designed and cozy. Try to book a spot in advance, or you will have to wait for a table, if you want to dine in.

I got there at 1040 am on a Saturday waited 25 min in the drive throu stuck cause thwy could not assit the person in front of me and when they finally came to my turn they said they no longer served breakfast passed 11. There was about 4-5 cars that's it. They were out of a lot of things. This was the SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been too. They should at least put up a sign. I had no where else to be but if the brand is fast food " they should at least alive you its gonna take over 35 min just for a simple order."

We decided to go in rather than the drive thru. We placed our order at the kiosk and got no receipt...no big deal. It's happened to me at other restaurants. We wait. We wait. We wait some more. As we waited, we found out that no kiosks had receipts and even the pay counter had none. Kinda hard to know when your order comes up and no one knows their number. Finally our order comes. 2 things missing. I told the server we still needed a cone and strawberry pie. She quickly got the cone but it was very sloppily done and then I reminded her about the pie. She looked frustrated with me and then proceeded to get into an argument with someone who I could only guess was the manager. (Not professional to do in front of customers). No one came to give me my pie when finally another customer told the server at the drive thru that I was waiting for my pie and that everyone was ignoring me..which was true. He graciously got my pie. We were in there 20 minutes easily. When we got out and went to our car, we realized the car we would have been behind in the drive thru had just reached the speaker to order. Worst service I have ever seen or experienced in a McDonalds. It seemed everyone was waiting on their orders for a long time. For such a prominent location just across the border from Ontario, it needs to do way better.

The worst service from a fast food establishment i’ve ever received. And definitely the slowest drive thru. There can be no one in line or 3, 7, 10 people and the drive thru is still incredibly slow. I’ve waited in the drive thru alone for more than 10 min on a multitude of occasions. The majority of the workers aren’t very friendly nor do they greet you, or get your order correct. I also find the hours terribly inaccurate. Some times they’ll have the drive thru blocked off early morning or the doors locked despite being “24 hours” and nothing seems consistent in terms of these hours either or what is said online. I actively avoid this mcdonald’s and drive further if I choose to eat at a mcdonald’s period.

Service was awful. We ordered a happy meal and a cheeseburger. The guy who ordered after us got his food, ate,and left before we got ours. They would not answer our questions or address us when we inquired what was the delay in our order.

I ended up at this McDonald’s on the worst day ever. It was right after the storm that left many parts of Ontario without power. This location was a nightmare! The self serve machines were not printing receipts so most people didn’t even know what their order number was. The display screen was also broken and the orders were all over the place. I waited 2.5 hrs to get this breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. The staff were nice but clearly under immense stress. It doesn’t help when everything is malfunctioning on a high pressure day like this.I wanted to write this review to say thank you to all the staff who pulled off the unimaginable in serving a sea of hungry, frustrated and helpless customers on a horrible day. They pulled through despite how long we had to wait and did it without a frown.

Decided to give it a chance, despite the bad rating. 2 mistakes in my order and two other customers had mistakes too. Clearly, somebody there is doing a bad job and everybody else is playing the price...Commands just disappear from the overhead screen, leaving you wondering if you've been forgotten.Toilets didn't have soap nor hand papers and the driers didn't work.
