0 stars if I could. Made me dry my own hair?! Super unprofessional.Leaving the salon feeling extremely frustrated and ripped off.I called in advance to know what kind of hair treatment they offered. Someone told me they cost 10$ and I even asked again to confirm. I later called again to see if they could squeeze me in they said yes. She applied the “treatment” to my hair and left for a few minutes, came back, rinse and repeat. I saw she had another client so after quickly rinsing me out, she told me to DRY MY OWN HAIR. I was surprised but hey, for 10$, whatever it’s weird but not the end of the world. I go to the cash to pay and she tells me they’re not taking cards. So now I have to walk all the way to the nearest ATM for cash. I come back, they’re charging me 25$. Apparently they had no idea how someone could have told me it was 10$ and they don’t understand. Basically, I PAID 30$ (+tax) for a few minutes of a “hair treatment” where I had to again, DRY MY OWN HAIR. When I tried telling them someone over the phone told me it was 10$, they laughed and were inconsiderate.

Skilled hair dresser and excellent service

So I'm here visiting my aunt and he dropped me off at the mall and that's how I got to know about this salon. I was welcomed by this very nice lady and her name was Melva. She told me that since it was a very slow day, the haircut was only 30 dollars which I thought was an amazing price and therefore I decided to get my haircut there. Unfortunately, even though I showed her a photo of the look I wanted, she basically just snipped" off some parts of my hair and I was honestly not satisfied with it. Given that I do not speak French or Spanish

Very expensive for okay results.

Dropped in last Friday. I was very happy with the results. My hair looked and felt great.

I was referred here last summer, 2021 and spent almost 5 hours getting my hair done. I should have caught the red flag when I walked in. I said I was early and the stylist (can’t remember her name) said it’s ok, my big customer before you was a no show. I have above shoulder length hair and had an balayage done. Took a very long time and was lighter then I wanted, but it looked fantastic. Went to pay and she charged me well over $500.00 I was absolutely shocked to say the least and felt like I was charged for her no show as well!! Especially after talking with others who went there and had similar hair styling done. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of, because I didn’t speak French:( I should have wrote this review when it happened, but because of my friend I was afraid it would spoil her friendship with the owner.

Every time I go I have no complaints! Anthony is the one I always ask for also the owner and he always offers and outstanding result. Happy customer 100% give them a try and ignore the 2 bad reviews! These guys are on point and know what their doing!
