Very affordable and delicious! Meals are nicely priced. Fish and chips was 13.99$. Great breakfast menu as well! Highly recommend getting anything with fries or poutine as the fries are really great in this area!Staff are very friendly and often chat with you in French!

Great service. Excellent food. You really get your money's worth. Would recommend this restaurant to everybody. I was amazed at the amount of food for the price.

They accommodated my daughters hockey team last minute and served up an awesome breakfast. Homemade bread, fresh cut bologna, pancakes from scratch, 5/5.

Like a classic Dinner but better. Amazing food and massive portions. We wanted some pies but they didnt have whole pies so we got 3 slices instead. It was way too much pie and we took it go and ate it later. It was still just as good. Poutine was enough for maybe 2.5 people. Very filling. Feels like the price is actually worth it compared to alot of other places these days. Great service and lovely vibes. Its like a little whole in the wall place but it's so amazing.

Home made desserts!Great food, bilingual friendly competent staff, clean and plain decor. Easy parking. Reasonable prices.We stopped while on a cross country camping trip for a late lunch. Will stop again next trip.Lots of local seniors so you know there's good value there!

A+ Place! The staff are always kind and friendly and the restaurant is always clean and running smoothly. The food is awesome! There's been a few times we've showed up late to get our food and it was just as good, the poutine is even good the next day!The restaurant also serves as a small convenience store as well, where they sell snacks and drinks and HOMEMADE baked goods! Everything is so yummy!It's nice to have such a nice restaurant in such a small town

If I could give this place a minus I would. The food itself was mediocre at best, nothing to write home about. However the service was horrendous. We had traveled approximately 2 and 1/2 hours to get there,  stopping there only as we were on our way to Sudbury for a medical appointment for my husband. We were travelling along with my MIL and on the way she stated how she had always wanted to stop and try it. Being is how we normally stopped at Kate's Country Kitchen in the past (side note, go to Kate's instead). Beings how we were in a bit of a time crunch, we walked into the restaurant and stopped at the cash, requested menus, proceeded to step out of the way and look at the menu, deciding NOT to sit down we placed our order, all of which went over with no problem, we ordered  as a group, on one bill and the order consisted of 1 order of cheese sticks, 1 order of mushroom cap and 1 clubhouse sandwich (with no sides). We stood there waiting 25 minutes. We talked amongst ourselves, with another patron, as well as a nice chat with the gal running the register, it was hard not to talk to her after all, we were standing less the 4 feet from her for 25 minutes. Just as we were leaving my MIL remembered she had forgotten her cell phone charging cable at home and decided to purchase one that was sitting in a rack just beside the crash register. At the same time she purchased a couple of snacks like a butter tart and a date square. We returned to the car, parked just outside and my MIL realised that she had got the wrong cord. She need an iPhone cord and had purchased a Samsung cord. I promptly returned to the cast with the cord for mother-in-law, explaining to the young woman behind the cash that I'm sure she remembered us as we had to talk to the door and that my mother-in-law had purchased the wrong chord and not that we were requesting money back but we were wondering if we could just swap it out for a cord that would fit her phone. Cashier who looked me in my face and told me that you couldn't because I didn't have a receipt no matter what I said or explained like who we were we were there less than 4 minutes ago the cashier just kept saying that she really couldn't because we did not have our receipt. At this time some short older woman with a hair net came out of the back room (I break the kitchen area) barking at me Dad if I didn't have my receipt I would not be able to return anything. She didn't look at the cashier girl questioned if I had my receipt, young girl stated that no I had not requested it so I was not provided it and at which point I questioned if I could get my receipt at this point?  The older woman then asked the cashier if I had left the building, and the young lady stayed I had, To which I was informed that our transaction was completed when I walked out the door. I was shocked at the older woman's attitude and behavior not to mention poor business. The food was mediocre nothing to write home about and we will definitely never be stopping again I would suggest no one else do either
