Security guard playing mocking bird from the door instead of speaking with the actual trained public service employee about your inquiries.Like a Canadian should be able to do.Another example on how this country is going to S+/!.

Could not get an appointment in Ottawa for my new passport so I looked at Smith Falls and was lucky enough to get an appointment there. Arrived on time, was greeted and provided clear instructions about when the passport would be arriving (4.5 months). Appointment time was checked, Covid protocols in force. Went in and Bruce was efficient and helpful in getting my passport completed. Please be sure you have all your paperwork, proper pictures, etc ready or else you will have to come back. Was out w/i 30 minutes. (A side note: if using your Driver License as a form of ID, please enter your name on the application for Driver's License, the way it appears on the Driver's Licence, in my case, last name, first name, middle name.)

The worst service ever got from canada till now, I am coming here from 2 days to change the status of my SIN always they are saying that come after 1hr, they say its walking first come first serve than whats the point there were no one.
