Will never go to this location again!! Technician was not help full and very RUDE!! We Had a booked appointment at 12 for a baby ultrasound and only got seen at 1pm!!! She was supposed to see the gender but was in a rush and said it's not clear!! Even though my wife is 20 weeks pregnant!!! Refused to let my wife turn to the side to try seeing from a different angle (like we had done previously for our other children's scans) our baby's legs were not crossed she was just being rude and in a rush to leave as we were her last appointment!!! Rude and hard to understand because of her Indian accent and very LAZY DONT go here!!!

Don't go here! We went here with my wife for ultrasound, she's 9 weeks pregnant. The technologist showed us the baby for a minute or less than that.. she turned off her computer and gave us the print out and she told my wife to get dress. Rude! She had thick Indian accent. She didn't even say congratulations or goodbye.. she just told my wife to get dress.. that was it.. don't go here

Dont bother coming here. Waited 1h30min for them to do an xray on my shoulder. A very rude lady walks me in and tells me to take my shirt off in the middle of the hallway so I can get done quickly when the room is free. Once in the room she firmly grabs my injured shoulder to position me for the xray without saying a word. Snaps three quick pictures and walks out of the room. Apparently i was then expected to read their minds and get dressed and leave. Never called back with results. Had to go on a goose chase myself for the answers. Terrible!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. They're quick and efficient. They don't provide red carpet treatment but they're certainly not rude. Very happy each time I've gone.

They need to update their hours of operation, it is showing 0800 as opening hours so I showed up and they are closed. How long does it take to do something like this? Maybe 15 mins tops... ? Wasted my time showing up here.

Worst experience ever. Said it would be 5 minutes and they took over an hour and a half. No updates on time until I asked. I would give 0 stars if I could. If the receptionists don't know what's going on in the back and the back doesn't update the receptionists, then why are the receptionists giving estimated wait times? No apology for the wait time and they didn't even care about my complaint. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. Receptionist swore out loud in front of all the patients who were waiting .

We came in on a Saturday X-Ray no appointment needed. Waited 20mins which isn’t bad. The reception girl was very helpful and friendly. Technologist was very efficient and thorough, nothing to complain about. Parking can be crowded. My wife asked for a nearby location for same day blood test and the reception girl helped us.
