I had an absolutely amazing experience of renting from LaRoche McDonald! The buildings are very nice and well maintained, all the repairs were done in a timely manner, and Jack is the best building manager that I've ever met. I never had any issues whatsoever while living there. If I ever come back to Saskatoon, I'll rent from them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

2 of the staff have no issues with theft and harassment, and one in particular is even willing to scream and swear and belittle and name call and threaten, in person, in the office, on the job, as well as being part of keeping the stolen property in the hands of the thief (his daughter) even when presented with evidence it was stolen, claiming it was taken to cover for rent i signed an agreement saying i didnt owe for. dont work with kieth.negative 5 stars

I have very bad experience with them. I gave notice for my current apartment and send them signed lease agreement and after several days they informed me that they rented apartment to someone else. I am a newcomer and I didn't know that having pest inspections in current building will make CANCELED your new apartment agreement. They said they didn't get my agreement and I sent throughout what's app and email so they put me in a situation to be without new lease agreement and need to leave current apartment with small CHILD.

The ladies I had were exceptional. I had to stay after they closed to make some payments and they all stayed to help me out. They were funny and very easy to work with. I really appreciate the effort and efficiency. Definitely will come back if I'm in the neighborhood.

Highly recommended. I like the customer service and the management of their building is always in point; even in winter you don't have to worry for clearing the snow in the parking lot. During the last terrible frost storm they did a good job clearing the entrance and the parking lot.

Renting from LaRoche McDonald was an absolutely wonderful experience for me! All repairs were completed promptly, the buildings are lovely and well-maintained, and Jack is the nicest building manager I've ever encountered. I never had any problems at all when I was there.

Very bad experience renting with LaRoche McDonald. They look for minor excuses to deduct from the deposit. Even if the unit is crystal clear up on exit they don't refund all the deposit. On the other hand, the room is not thoroughly cleaned and dirty during move in. Very bad customer service. I don't recommend LaRoche McDonald to anyone!
