Every time we go in they never have anything available! Or when it’s 5pm and you ask for a certain kind of sub you get a response of “oh we are out of that for the night and not allowed to make more” but they still have 4 hours to go of still being open and then get eye rolling from the one employee or attitude from the same person if you question it! This particular employee is the sister of the manager as she has stated she is when we have questioned things! Poor customer service Not from all the staff but certain ones need to be addressed!

Got a maplewood smoked bacon & chicken, it was perfect. Not once did any of it fall out on my shirt none of the condiments leaked out on my cloths. Very professionally made. The taste was great and the young lady who made it was very friendly. Have a friend who lives in West Lorne, I’d stop in again when I’m in town.

A convenient Subway restaurant located next to a convenience store and attached in the inside. The location is clean with okay service, most of the employees are kids from the local high school. I've never had an issue with the food and the quality is consistent with most locations. Normally there are public bathrooms but I think they are closed at the moment because of covid.

I'm disgusted with the service at this subway. It has gone down hill since it opened. I went in tonight to get supper for my family and the veggies were soggy and brown. The one staff member was putting their hair up and didn't wash their hands before putting gloves on. Then the other person working took a cash payment and went to put gloves on without washing her hands. I had to ask her to wash her hands before touch my food. Completed disgusted.

Store had no lettuce. They only had one bag. They told. Me they are keeping it for the day time customers.They had no white bread. And the only bread they had was flat bread.

Location was nice and empty . But the meat was all over the cheese and other items .Being vegetarian it was not a good view.But guyDid pick stuff from the freezer for me , again everything was frozen from cucumbers to olives and didn’t feel like getting . And he cut again with same knife . Not the best experience

Workers are extremely slow and lied to me about having egg because they were getting busy. As soon as I sat down, they gave a new customer an egg bacon flatbread sandwich.

Excellent Service and Excellent Subs-Sandwiches Provided by both the ladies Teresa and Emilia. The Harvest Multigrain breads were absolutely fresh. So were all the Veggies and the sauces. Sandwiches were neatly prepared. Kudos!
