Read the other reviews and always wonder about the reviews you don’t see.Well I’m very impressed with his company. Responded to a furnace shut down while I was away and got me up and running same day. Very professional. I’ll be signing up for annual check ups on my furnace. I think their pricing was reasonable and efficient.

Today was a very hot day, I called early this morning to report my AC not working properly. I knew very well that they were going to be very busy today, and wasn’t really expecting that. Francis would squeeze me in. But once again they came through and had Andrew here late afternoon. He came. He was very polite and very to the point to get to the root of the problem. He fixed it in a timely manner and now we have air-conditioning again.Thanks so much for your great service, as usual. Keep up the good work!!

Andrew and his coop student came to do the regular A/C check up. They were very friendly and professional. They quietly went about their work, cleaned up after themselves and were able to answer all my questions. Job well done.

The two gentlemen who came to my home to conduct an assessment on my air conditioning unit were very professional and were easy to speak with. They were willing to answer any of my questions. Very pleased!!

We had no heat so called Brooks and they were at our house within hours. Kevin was the tech and was a great ambassador for the company. He was friendly, explained everything, and had our heat back on in no time. On the same call we explained a problem we had last summer with our A/C and Kevin knew the solution and installed a surge protector on the outside unit. All this at a very reasonable cost. We will be sure to call Brooks again next time we need HVAC services.

I can’t say enough how wonderful my experience has been with Brooks Heating in Georgetown.Three days before Christmas I was faced with a leaking water heater; after phoning a couple of other places I tried Brooks with little to no expectations.From the first point of contact, with Francis, the experience was phenomenal!! As this was a potential warranty job Francis was able to track down an identical unit, called me back in about an hour to explain everything and had a crew dispatched to the house within the hour to verify the leak.After verifying the leak Chris ( tech) indicated they’d have to go pick up the water heater, and would be back the next day to install.That sounded great!A little while later the same day I received a text asking if they could come and do the install around 4pm. Yes please do! They were in and out quickly.To summarize; thanks to everyone, Francis, Chris, Andrew and Kevin (?). All were helpful, courteous, professional and timely. Communication was superb and easy.This was my first time using Brooks and I can’t indicate enough how impressed I am, and highly recommend them.

Very pleased with Brooks Heating, put a call into the office Tuesday, accommodated for Thursday. Andrew was very professional and made sure all my questions were answered b4 he left...also nice touch to see him putting his booties on... I called about my AC, they called me back in a few hours, which was fantastic. They had an opening later in the day that I of course took right away. Andrew and a co worker showed up to do the diagnostic. They were both very polite and professional. I would recommend Brooks! Thank you.

Brooks HVAC is now on my speed dial! They were here within hours, fixed everything perfectly, passed me great info on maintenance and I'm ready for the summer. Great work Kevin!
