I didn't get his name but the tall ungentleman that was about to serve my husband and I pretended that I we weren't there, he completely ignored us and went to the other couple that walked in after, I mentioned that I was there before the couple but he was completely rude with me, who would hire such a person, I was curious to ask if he was the owner, this is the worst server ever, no respect for women, I just had to walk out!

Below average quality coffee, plus over $1 (are they #$%% serious?) for a splash of milk. There are some great coffee places in Laval and Mtl, who roast quality beans, and keep their coffee fresh and prices fair. This place is a joke, but great if you want room temperature, Tim Horton-quality drip coffee, for over $4

This coffee place is popular for quick meet up and work meeting. Coffee is average. It serves good size in food and worth the price. Service is not fast, it can take a while before ordering especially during rush hour. Wifi is not reliable, several times I've been here and I had connection issues. Depending on the amount of people, you may experience problems accessing it... Besides that it has a nice variety of cakes. You can spend a good time here if you don't experience these situations.

It is a nice place to study, but their service is horrible. I bought food and a drink, which came up to $20. In a few hours they came to say that it has been 2 hr and I need to buy more so that I can use their space. I was full and did not want to eat, and I did not even finish my drink. I told him I will get something later, and he left. Since then, he was just looking at me with attitude, I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I left to another coffee place where they were much nicer and welcoming. The owners have to change their attitude towards the client, if not, people will not want to use the space. It's not like they were missing space, there was a more enough space for students to study. I was not the only one to have the experience, my friend had the same, and she does not want to go there anymore. We rather go to the second cup near The smart centre, they are sweet people. I hope they change and do not penny pick and lose out on the bigger picture, which is customer satisfaction.

Very RUDE owner towards customers. Does not know what customer service is. He does not want his clients to study at this cafe. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want to study here. He hates students and forces you to buy more stuff to stay there. Every other cafe allows people to stay for many hours after they buy a single item. He does not know how this business works. We will never come back here!
