Ordered Apple pecan salad from the drive thru however when i arrived home i found it doesn’t include any pecan!!!! Can’t believe i pay for something that i don’t get. Tried to call them but they don’t answer the phone. I’m very disappointed.

Looks like they're about to get an upgrade. 1st time i was there, the food was quick. (Might be because the big wigs were there scoping the place out) Cuz the 2nd time i was there, there was no one else there, and i was told they had no ice tea? When i confronted saying i had iced tea the day before , they said they did... (it turns out they didn't have in back but did in front and didn't want to walk to get it at first.) And the food took way longer. 25 minutes should not be a wait time for fast food....

Open till 7pm in the dining area and 8pm on the drive thru. Standard Wendy's service and quality. We ordered inside at 6:50pm and they let us stay until 7:20pm.

Came in for lunch around 3 pm today and requested combo #2. The lady behind the register asked me what drink I wanted. This is a self serve fountain restaurant. I didn't know why she needed to know which brand of drink I wanted. Was she serving the drink herself? After I mentioned the brand did not matter, she started arguing with me. She did the same to the customer after me. In between customers she disappeared inside for 3 to 5 minutes doing God knows what. Never have I experienced such a terrible customer service. This lady should be let go. Asap! Sheesh!

Cant trust the hours - went there at 7:20 on a Saturday night - restaurant and drive through signs were dark. So, zero stars for not being open during advertised hours.

NOV EDIT AGAIN: They put the chilly and cheese on the nachos, so when it was delivered it was soggy and wet. Not impressed. Skip also has zero accountability, and it seems to be upto the CSR person you are dealing with to give you a refund. Such disappointing service this restaurant has become.EDIT NOV 2021: Service at this location has gone down. Even when using Skip the dishes, this restaurant get the orders wrong. I will be looking else where from now on.Staff are always welcoming and courteous. It’s still fast food but it’s done well at this location.

Store was visibly dirty, especially the tables. Some little girl was carrying a bunny around the restaurant and instead of being told to leave all the workers were petting the bunny. Completely unhygienic and disgusting. Will not be revisiting and don’t recommend to anyone.

Worst Wendys in Calgary I’d have to say. Employees do not value the customer at all, very rude. My very simple, basic breakfast sandwich took 10 minutes for them to bring out to me. Why does every other fast food place have food ready at the window in the drive thru and every time I come here I have to wait for my food? Overall 1/5 only because the building is still standing and they are open. The rest of the experience is awful.

The staff need proper training or a restructure. Every time i visit this store, they will be hiding in the back, they finally come out front and take your order and then go hide in the back again, as they have a line of customers instead of taking all the orders so the kitchen can prepare them. There is also no need to be waiting 5 minutes to have a coffee poured at 10AM. Something needs to be done by management

The very worst Wendy is definitely there! Many times I've gone for lunch, only to have to wait at the front counter for at least 20 minutes before anyone took my order. Then, when I returned today to try their breakfast, there was not a single employee in sight until I stood at the desk for 30 minutes and called three times in greeting.Really, I find it hard to imagine that any of the employees, assuming any exist at all, are even deserving of a salary.
