Received outstanding customer service from Kai Boehme today. I arrived a few minutes after the store closed to pick up a prescription, and caught Kai as he was driving away. He went above and beyond to unlock the store and get the prescription for me. I sure appreciated him doing that for me.

The best customer service, everyone is so friendly, my medication questions are always welcomed, and answered, and they have the best unique products from jewelry to garden statues. Just an entirely different feeling from the big box stores, Thriftway still has that small town charm and care!
