A bit of a mixed review. Love the store have shopped there for years. Weekend staff very helpful, the regular RC guy has little to no customer service. Quite dismissive and honestly ignorant when you are asking questions about stock or possible replacement parts! All others are really good but he has ruined the experience enough I’ll look elsewhere for now!

This is the second time that google has asked me to review this place... same great service, same great products, same great pricing, easy to get to... and the list goes on and on. It's worth the drive from wherever you are. They just got a new 3d printer that I've got my eye on.

If your looking for RC planes/helicopters and RC cars and models the store is recommended. If you are looking for trains or any other hobby I would suggest elsewhere as the selection is quite small and not worth while looking at. Store is very dated and floors appear dirty. This store has continually dropped in my visits as a hobby store and now go elsewhere

Lots of selection of rc kits and accessories. The first time we came around noon was very busy. We waited a lil bit before someone helped us. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable especially Dustin. We came back earlier next time to get a new parts of a toy. Not busy on a Friday morning. We found what we were looking for. Fair price and good customer serviced.

First vist great reception at the door. Lots of Traxxas parts but.. if your looking for Axcial parts your S.O.L. Service kinda sucked kid didn't know anything. Was just too busy to help. I'm just going to buy online from now on.

I love this place. While my wife was looking into baking and cake decoration section, I found myself lost between model cars. There are all kinda amazing model cars. The RF section was my favorite as well. And great selection of puzzles, both 2D and 3D, but my favorites are 3D stainless steel puzzles.

Huge selection on most products. The store itself felt a little old/tired. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The half empty train aisle was sad to see but times are changing.
