Buyer beware of the return process. Be sure that you have the right part as the refund process is NOT hassle free, in my experience.The charge for shipping was $13.50 but when I went to return it was $31 (half the cost of the part). And there is a disclaimer on the return Auth form that says If the part is damaged in shipping

I was sent the wrong part after carefully describing the part I needed. I had to pay $16.00 to return it when it was their fault. Very unprofessional. Will not do business with them again!!!!

I ordered a part by phone that was showing in stock on line. I was charged immediately and was informed it would be shipped that day by purolator 3-5 days. After fifteen business days I contacted the company and they said the part was on back order and it would be another estimated two weeks to be receivedby them before shipping to me. I was never contacted, they had no explanation. I requested a refund but after putting me on hold, they seem to say that will take time to process!!!! . Appears to be a scam designed to create float off your credit card.

Great parts service. I ordered a circulation pump for my Dishwasher at 1:30pm and it was shipped same day and arrived to my door at about noon the next day.

Highly recommend. Ordered dishwasher replacement part on Tuesday, had arrived by Thursday afternoon (and I do not live in a major city). Easy to use, will definitely use again in the future when needed.

Ordered a part for my fridge drawer as the plastic part was cracked. The shipping was more expensive the part was. Within 60 days the replace part I bought from Easy Appliance Parts has also cracked. It might not be Easy Appliance Parts fault the replacement piece was of poor quality but the service response from the company is very poor. I've reached out multiple times and have yet to get a response if this part has any sort of warranty period. Typical that they have made the sale and now would help on the services side of things. I'll look elsewhere to get parts for my fridge.

They sent the exact part I needed for my GE fridge(main control board) the same day I ordered online. I got the package well wrapped and packaged in just 3 days. I installed the board myself and the fridge works like new. All in, it cost me shy of 150 to repair my fridge myself thanks to this supplier. Very happy customer indeed. Order number 21371844.

I ordered a part for my KitchenAid dishwasher and it was reasonably priced and shipping was very reasonable as well. The part came in 2 days. Very seamless experience. Would definitely use them again for ordering parts for the brands that they carry.
