Excellent customer service. I had recently bought a pair of diamond earrings from Another jewelry store in the mall. I had a set of diamond earrings and lost one and needed to replace a single stud diamond earring. I was immediately offered the option to have the remaining earring Sent away and have a matching single ordered. I wish I had been offered this at the other jewelry store...really pleased with their service superfriendly lady that helped me out. They have a new customer

Staff not trustworthy. Can't take responsibility for their mistakes, and blame customers for their actions.One of the center diamonds fell out of my wife's ring, which is covered under warranty that we bought with it.. went in with all the paper work, staff said they didn't need it asked for phone number . Long story short they recorded the wrong band number so it was sent back from Toronto delaying the repair by 2 to 4 weeks.The manager ( the one who recorded the number from the computer) tried blaming us saying we give them the wrong number, yet they got it from the computers. I can't stand people who can't take responsibility for their mistakes especially when they try to blame it on someone else. I called her out on it and she apologized. (Too little to late)They have had the ring since December were going into the end of February.The one who lied went on vacation said they would get someone to call me back with an update which never happened.I will update this, especially when we get the ring back and check the diamond for quality to see if it's equivalent to the diamond that fell out. I don't trust them,I will have another jeweler look at it to confirm the diamond is the same quality as the previous one.I will never do business with People's moving forward. Give us our ring back.Update: got a call an hour after this review letting me know my wife's ring was in... To be honest the ring looks amazing, I'll give them that, and if that one interaction didn't happen I would have had nothing but positive things to say.

The necklace I got was originally for 509 dollars, and I got it for 199, which is a great deal. White gold with diamonds necklace. It is so beautiful. I am so thankful to the Asian-race lady who accommodated me the other week. She invested time with me by helping me find quality and on-sale prices of jewelry when I was window shopping. I went back the next week.I waited for a long time to be assisted, but no white-race lady sales associates approached me even though they were not that busy and closer to where I am located. Maybe they thought I wouldn’t be buying at all or just browsing. Don’t discriminate, ladies please.Thankfully a different Asian-race sales clerk assisted and approached me with what I needed. In addition, she is knowledgeable about what she is doing.Overall, I am excited about my new find. A great deal. It has a lifetime diamond commitment. I can go there to their store for refills of diamonds just in case I lost some. I spent another 50 dollars on the lifetime protection plan. I got an upsell, but I think it’s all worth it.Hopefully, the sales associates there will be approachable and helpful when I return.

I had to renew my diamond bonds and I hadn’t had my rings inspected for a number of years. The women working in the store were helpful, knowledgeable and kind! They were patient with their computer system which was a little slow.Overall very positive customer service.
