After seeing these negative reviews and talking to my neighbour about her experience with these guys I’m now happy that they never bothered to call me back on 4 different occasions to book a servicing time and one time to give me a quote. I ended up going to Keans auto and 4 years later I’m happy I did. They have a certified Mercedes Benz mechanic there that has taken care of my Benz every time and I could not be happier. My 65 year old neighbour took her bmw to auto haus and she swears it’s in worse shape than when it was before she got there , with one of the front desk staff telling her “ well men tend to know vehicles better” seriously? and nothing against young people working ( I applaud that) but keep them away from luxury vehicles.

Great service. They took me in really quick to program my new injectors on my sprinter. They also adviced me on stuff to be careful on my engine. Really happy to find someone that knows sprinter, specially on the island.

This shop has been servicing German cars for a very long time. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have a BMW I would recommend this shop.

Wow, what a knowledgeable, and honest team here. They truly care for your vehicle and want to make sure it's well taken care of. I have never brought my BMW anywhere other than to a BMW dealership for servicing, but now that I've found these guys, I know where my BMW will be going in future. My impression is they are very trustworthy people. I'm truly impressed with these guys.

This company is a class act! Our Volvo broke down and it was towed to Valley West Autohaus. Although, they were fully booked for two weeks, Samantha (I hope that’s the correct woman’s name) took the time to investigate the problem. She went as far as writing down the issue she thought it was for the dealership. All this when they were paving their lot on the weekend and offered to let us keep the car there and didn’t charge us for anything! Thank you so much! I would never take my car anywhere else!

Deleted my previous review and i am updating with this. My car is now running smoothly after replacing some old broken parts. Kyle was very informative and easy to deal with. We went over a few things that my car needs in the future and i am coming back to get them done there. Overall happy with the service. Would recommend.

Brought it there with an ignition coil problem…. 800$ later they had done all kinds of work I did not authorize… they simply said hey it is a bmw a grand is cheap… I ordered the parts removed and they did remove them…. Scammers!!

I have been using Valley West for over 12 years and have never been anything but fully satisfied. It looked like a broken rear coil on my car the other day but when they were going to replace it they determined that it was just a surface scar. Rather than replace it needlessly they sent the parts back and proved yet again that they are a truly ethical business!! Incredible!!

I used these guys to do a review of a car I was looking at buying. They did what I asked for at a fair price and took the time to talk to me about what they found. They were a pleasure to work with and the report was as thorough as can be expected for a 2 hour review.......loving the car. Thanks again gentlemen. Jim Caruth
