The worst place I've ever lived, bar none. It's run by a bunch of petty, unemployed Karen's who love to stir up drama for no reason. Police are always here and arguments are always happening. Office also doesn't care. The board will randomly decide whom they don't like, then find excuses to get rid of you.

This coop is called New Hope , but it is anything but. It is a nightmare, disorganized, I received two eviction letters because they did not enter my payment. OOOOPS. This is not a family oriented place. Hostility abounds . not worth the rental discount .Do yourself a favour and pass this place by.
