The June Motel
The June Motel was a fun cozy and calm motel. Loved our room and the accent pink shade that is dispersed around the hotel. The staff was friendly and wonderful! They really know the area and will happily chat you up into discovering new places. Loved our nightly bonfire! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and cozy place to stay.

The room was clean and nicely decorated although the bed could have been more comfortable. All staff that we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. They welcome you with a glass of rose so that was a nice treat!

What a magical experience and place. The June Motel in Suable Beach was everything we hoped for and more. It was truly the perfect setting for a Mother and Daughter bonding trip before she heads off on her next big adventure. The glass of Rose upon arrival was such a surprise and delight moment while checking in….well done ladies! The decor, atmosphere and friendly staff is an amazing vibe all on its own.Every need was met, and they artfully anticipated our needs before we even realized we had them! The food/service at Heydays was fantastic, perfect for sharing. Lounging poolside, while enjoying a Mimosa and capping off our evening with s’mores around the campfire….like I said, such a magical place and experience. We’ll be back.

The June Motel
My best friend and I recently enjoyed a stay at The June to celebrate our birthdays. In their tranquil setting in Prince Edward County it was fun to experience what Motel Makeover introduced us to at their Sauble site. Our room was great, the view from our balcony of Picton Bay was stunning, the bed was comfy and the staff were attentive. The June is a unique destination and certainly lives up to the advertised positive vibes and relaxed atmosphere we’re all looking to escape to. My criticism would be that the air conditioning wall units in the rooms are very noisy and don’t cool the space that much. Also, after a day out on a guided wine tour we were disappointed we were unable to relax by the campfire with one of our locally purchased bottles of wine. Spending $300 a night for the room, it seems cheeky being restricted to pay a hefty $55 for a bottle of The June’s wine to be able to enjoy time with fellow vacationers at the campfire. I understand if perhaps liquor licensing regulates no outside drinks, but $55 a bottle is a tad steep given the room rates. On the last day of our visit we were in need of ice only to be told their freezer was broken and we could go to a gas station or into town to get some?! Again, at $300 a night that’s unacceptable. My best friend stewed about that suggestion and went back down to the lobby where another concierge told her they would be getting ice in shortly and she would bring a bucket to our room. Right answer!! Overall, it was a great experience and a nice base from which to enjoy our visit to Prince Edward County.

The June Motel
Really loved staying at the June for a girls weekend in September. I thought that with all the hype it may fall short of my expectations, but our stay was the exact opposite. Such an amazing spot, with great staff, and the attention to detail from the decor, lobby music, complimentary glass of rose, firepit, it far exceeded my expectations.

The June Motel
We stayed at the The June Motel in Sauble Beach. I stayed with my 2 young girls. I was honestly worried before hand since I read reviews and many people complained about children at the pool. It is not an adult only motel and if I pay for my children and I to stay there, we will all be using the pool! We got there and Ally greeted us and we instantly fell in love with her and The June Motel. The campfire with smores was a perfect way to enjoy our first evening there. We spent the entire day by the pool and I was surprised at how many other guests (who were all adults) loved having my children there. We were lucky to enjoy a live band one evening as well. I inquired about certain amenities in the room and Ally made sure to remember and send me links for certain products I was interested in. I was unsure what to expect since I was bringing children with me and with the reviews I read it seemed like people wanted to go to the The June for an adult only time. I was pleasantly surprised with how welcomed my children were by everyone. The motel is very nice and my children loved the hammock on our balcony. I did try to have a shower around midnight one night but there was no hot water. I waited for the morning and there was hot water.

Stayed at The June for a couple of days and it was great! Went for an anniversary getaway, and from the moment we arrived, it was good times! We were greeted with a huge smile and complimentary rosè. The suite itself is super cute and cozy, and our balcony view was of the water. I would definitely go back, and it’s in the perfect location and distance to get to Main Street. The nightly bonfire is also a really nice added touch.
