Came in today with the body of a used dslr, and zero knowledge of what I needed or even if the camera worked at all. The staff were all super friendly, and they quickly determined that the body was in pretty great shape, and helped me find the accessories I needed. I really appreciate the time that the staff took to check out my camera, as well as how I was encouraged to buy a basic/less expensive lens, as I am really new to this hobby. When I am ready to experiment with another lens or an external flash, I'll absolutely be visiting these guys again.

Came in to the langley location last week with my girlfriend. Moriah Cummings was super patient with us as we are just starting out. Answered all of our questions. She wasnt pushy as some sales people can be. Ended up buying the sony a6600 from her the next day. All in all a good experience.

I went to the Langley store today for the first time and was helped by a employee named Elijah, and I gotta say that my first time experience was great! He is clearly a guy who enjoys his job! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to easily answer all the question we had with different cameras lenses and such and even sharing personal experience with the different cameras as well! I will for sure be going back there for more accessories! And would definitely recommend to anyone!

The team at Henry’s is always super helpful. I went there yesterday to pick up my new camera and lenses - huge shoutout to Marley and Elijah for helping me through the process, making sure I got the perfect set up, and being incredibly friendly throughout the process. Wouldn’t buy my gear anywhere else.

Since I really started to take my photography business seriously, these guys have been my main go to for both new equipment and information/tips.They have great competitive prices, sometimes even better than Amazon. They let you test out the cameras/lenses so you know for sure whether you will want to buy it or not.Also they know me by my name. I never thought I would have a Cheers like place and I finally have one. My sorry life is complete.

Very friendly staff and beautiful store! I was recently in to do a trade-in and Elijah B. was very knowledgeable, personable and helped me through the process. He communicated the process articulately and made me feel welcome and at home. Would highly recommend!

When they have deals on, they are fantastic, great staff in the Langley, B.C Location, Moriah is amazing and super passionate about photography, very knowledgeable as well. The one thing I don't like about the store though is that whenever I have to order something in from another store, they never call to let me know that the product I had ordered is in, kind of a bummer.
