They don't stand behind the junk they sell. Recently bought an easy set up badminton set made by Set Rec Tek. The set is hard to put together because of the cheaply molded plastic. After the poles were extended you could not retract them all the way back. I went to the store to return it and they said it was opened and could only be exchanged. You want me to get another Chinese made junk? Really?Save yourself a headache and don't buy it.

Ordered something online. I received an email confirming it's ready for pickup. I went to the store and had to wait for about 40 minutes without getting my item. Eventually, they gave me a used item claiming that they are our of stock. I filed a complaint against the store to the Customer Relations but they did nothing and confirmed that they will do nothing other than giving feedback to the store. I am filing a complaint against them to Customer Protection Ontario. Really unexpected behaviour from such a Canadian store.

My advice is for the owner to find out from the manager if he likes his job. I’m afraid they will keep losing customers because of his attitude.My husband had an appointment for 2pm on May 17. We got there on time , the Manager rudely told us that our car wouldn’t be fixed by that time because they have lots of cars to fix. My husband asked him to give him an estimate of when our car could be fixed because we were there with our 9 months old baby. He ignored us and didn’t apologize for wasting our time.We left and came back after an hour. A staff told us that we will have to wait till 5.30 pm. The manager said we will have to come back the following day. That man has zero empathy in him.We left and went to somewhere else and paid $79 for wheel alignment.

Do not go to this location! After purchasing over $1500 of patio furniture online and getting confirmation from someone on the phone that I’d be able to use my gift cards in store since online purchases don’t allow you to use gift cards, I was firmly and rudely told by the so called manager at customer service that I’d only be able to use one gift card as their system would fail if multiple were used which simply does not make sense as I’ve used multiple gift cards at Canadian tires before. He wouldn’t even attempt to try and did not make sense in his explanation. Needless to say, we drove to the Canadian Tire in Orleans and was able to use all my gift cards and was treated with great customer service.

It took 15 minutes just to find windshield washer fluid which is generally in front aisles. Had to go to attendant who also took own sweet time to get it to front desk

Complicates item returns and provides poor customer service. The customer service desk at this location (Ogilvie) actively places Canadian Tire's reputation in jeopardy.

Today, for the first time in nearly 12 years, I own a bike. I get the freedom of movement and easy travel. I would say I couldn't be happier than I am with that, but the truth is the level of service I got today made me even happier than having to never ride a bus again.I could have just left with the bike I picked, but Robert helped me get the perfect bike for my needs! He helped make sure I knew every facet of the bike, and I thought I did, but he showed me features I wasn't even aware of! He helped us take the wheel off when it wouldn't fit in the car, and he even found a replacement for a reflector that was missing from the model we had picked out. He talked me through what I should do in the next 90 days, including the tune up service they offer, in a way that was courteous, polite and informative! If everyone here is like Robert, you'll never have a bad purchase!

Most unpleasant, the young man blowing balloons had no idea what he was doing and the bald headed manager didn't see a problem with it taking an hour and a half. He was busy flirting with girls up front. 4 out of 7 balloons didn't burst the same night before being taken out of bag. Lousy service extremely lousy rude lazy manager.
