The installer was extremely efficient and pointed out problems that the previous installer for the old toilet had done. He also took in the new toilet, and removed the old onto our outside porch. I was a bit shocked at the installtion fee (the fee was twice what I paid for the new toilet!), but all went very well

We had a mysterious puddle of water outside of our shower area in our bedroom carpet. I called early Friday morning and they sent someone right out. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, which was a slow leak from a worn valve. I was very grateful and will use them again.

Zone valve was defective and couldn't turn heat down in basement. Not an emergency but they were able to repair it the same day I called. Mitch was great and he was training Owen at the same time. Great Guys and really good to see young folks getting into the trades! Highly recommend!!

The plumber completed the service and did a wonderful job. I was in the middle of a messy breakup and my ex boyfriend was stealing my mail with his copy of the mail key. Instead of calling and leaving me a message that I owed money, they sent it through collections. When I called to talk to them the secretary was very rude and non sympathetic to my situation. I asked why they did not leave a message before sending it to collections and she felt she didn't have to. She insinuated that if i was too broke to pay i should have called. (I wasn't too broke to pay, I wasn't getting my mail.) If you read through all of the company reviews you will find that this particular lady is notorious for giving rude service over the phone...how she is still employed after this many complaints can only lead me to believe that she is married or related to the owner, or that the owner is completely oblivious to poor customer service his or her staff is giving. This lady even reached out to me on my personal Facebook messenger and was demanding payments after it had already been sent to collections. I personally recommend High Valley plumbing and heating...call them instead.

The Team at Mr. Plumber are incredibly courteous, prompt and easy to deal with. All my concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner. Excellent customer service from the staff in the shop and the plumber on site. I would highly recommend this great locally owned and operated business.

Accidentally broke glass sleeve while replacing my UV lamp, on a Sunday. Called and left message for on-call plumber (Mitch) who responded promptly and made an arrangement for a staff member (Haldane) to meet me at store and sell me a replacement. What a lifesaver! Wouldn't have been able to get my water back on otherwise. Highly recommended!

Quoted a price of $1000+ to cut out drywall, replace piping, etc. for a simple leaky pipe and had the guy debate on the phone with me about whether or not my piping was cast iron vs. ABS/PVC (despite the fact that I said it clearly isn't cast iron). Had Arnold MacLeod plumbing come and what do you know, it took less than an hour to replace my ABS pipe and less than $200, in the exact way that I said. Unless you're looking to be taken advantage of for absurd prices, go somewhere else.

The first thing they ask you for is your credit card information and that should have been a first clue. They tried 3 times to repair my shower leak and after the third time they said they needed to order some parts then never showed up again. (3 months after) No answer to my email or calls. They left a mess and holes in the wall and ceiling. Thanks to YouTube videos I learned how to and was able to replace the broken shower and repair the ceiling and walls. Never again and advice to others, stay away.

Called twice to get a quote for a new water heater. Both times was told that the person that does quotes was not in and would get back to me. Still waiting. Would not recommend them. Poor customer service.
