Extremely rude staff at the finance office. Highly disappointed and feeling humiliated at how the finance personnel dealt with the issue at hand and did not own up to the mistake Fraser Health Admin employee made. His name was Pritpal and I really hope Fraser Health management can invest into training their staff some politeness and call handling procedures.

thursday afternoon receptionist was so rude and dismissive, not just with us but almost all patients that came in while we were there. doesnt let the patients finish answering one of her many questions before she asks another one. very rude and horrible to see in the healthcare community
