Food bland and over priced. Everything tasted dry and flavourless. Also had to ask for a second napkin. Definitely not worth trying

Very dry and old tasted food. They Just give you one napkin per person and get mad if you ask for more. They hurry you up when trying to order the food in a very unpolite manner. They asked me for a tip when I paid which is actually unappropiate because they do not serve you at the court food tables is a counter service. I refused to paid tip so the cashier díd not want to give me another fork.

I ordered through uber to have beef and broccoli with my combo, the order sizes they sent were really small, and the beef and broccoli had literally zero beef in it. When I called, the first person to answer told me to contact uber and she hung up on me. She was really rude and showed no effort to correct the issue. The man who answered the second time would not take any responsibility for the actions of his employee, and said they are all nice there; he did however, offer a free meal for the next time we go all the way to Masonville Mall. The quality and portions were awful! Greasy, and what wasn't greasy was extremely dry, not to mention the missing portions of our meals. So much for a nice meal in!

A couple of points as to why I rated them so poorly:- staff is never friendly or helpful- food portions for $10 is a bit of a joke- they throw everything into a container and take absolute no care or pride in their food, in my case the sauce got all over the outside of the box which explains why they threw it into a bag- quality of the food is awful- food is never hotFor people visiting Masonville I would recommend trying somewhere else for food before going here.

The chicken and pork were both incredibly dry and flavourless. The fried rice was at least 15-20% dried out clumps of hard old rice. I have eaten at multiple Manchu wok locations, this one is by far the worst. A huge waste of my money.

Its my go to place to eat when I am at the mall. Service is quick, food is yummy, and I get discount cause I work at mall. I don't eat anywhere else cause this is the best there is at the mall for me and my budget. This is great for its value. The food quality is usually good if you come early for lunch.

Both my Honey garlic chicken and oriental chicken we’re so dry, Chewy . Tasted like the food was made days ago and just sitting out. Also smaller portions.The only thing edible was the noodles but they even had no flavour . Waste of moneyWhite oaks location is 100 percent better than this location. I should have listened to other reviews.
