What a horrible customer service!!I don’t understand how people can be in customer service if they have no manners whatsoever..If you don’t care about people being rude and unhelpful I guess this would be a good store to go to.

Wish they had a membership record as i never seem to have my card with me but it is a great fabric supplier. Huge selection, Good, cordeous service. Plenty of parking.

All the staff was very kind except for Chris who was extremely rude, she definitely need to learn customer service skills and not make customers and coworker’s uncomfortable.

Great selection of fabrics for any project that you can think about. The staff there is awesome and very service orientated

Terrible staff. Terrible selection. Don't waste your time here. Trims are double or triple the price than what you can find online anyways

It's a bright, large store with lots of fabric stock of all kinds; lots of notions. Fun place to spend time. Membership is definitely worth it. The staff is quite pleasant and easy to deal with.

I found the one in Langley clothes but the one in Surrey filled the needs. Very friendly staff. Very well stocked store. Easy parking wheelchair friendly

Almost $10 for 2 metres of ribbon? That is insane, so how much is the whole roll? Prices are extremely high in this place plus the service is very bad from 5 women available only 1 is nice... very sad to have this experience.

As far as theme parks go the rides are all very very unsafe. The motion of the notion" and the "zipper" just spun you around until you heaved. The one mascott Fabric Phill wasnt even wearing his mask half the time because he was too busy chainsmoking and oogling my mom. Also I wanted a corn dog and it looked like someone ran over it with a bicycle."
