Google 20/20 Better Business Bureau Investigation"I have gone through the formal complaint process through the BBB regarding an Accredited business that performed landscaping on my property. This landscaping company did a very poor job to say the least. After several attempts to rectify the situation with the company I filed a complaint with the BBB. This was in October 2015. The resolution was reached and agreed for a $2700.00 refund. This was never obtained. After many emails to the BBB it was agreed to reopen the case in the spring of 2016. The business then offered an insulting $500.00 refund

I have major concerns about this operation system its simple scam and zero support for small business in any ways .Don't be fooled by there pyramid scam they take money from small business to build their empire on their hard earn .They actually ruined your business name by their biased judgments' .They have no idea how much abuse small business gets on daily bases specially you have diverse employees or workers .They have become high tolerant to daily abuse of racial discriminations because they have to earn to live as human being . I would only give my support to business or people who promote care , love , diversity and in general human being no matter what back ground or looks , I have address this issues to this institute many yrs back and they don't care as long you paying them the fee they happy and growing .Stop supporting biases system who creates divisions ,and become richer by hard earn business .Note not even once a client came to me because of their Logo not once .They approach me to become a member never went to them . stop supporting the biases system that's how they grow bigger they don't care at all about you or your business they simply milk you and ruin your reputation .Google is the best way to go and they even care about racial discriminations and biased reviews they remover it automatically. I will create a petitions for all small business to stop support these kinds of chains pure biases system .These kind of system should not be supported in this country .

I'm trying to file a complaint at your better business bureau website but your form does not work has not worked for some time since I've tried to file a complaint over a year ago but gave up as bbb web form prevents us from making a complaint. I will not call you or give you my personal information you will resolve the issue with the scam businesses. Canada appears to be filled with scams and companies that harm people's health. I'll file the complaint here since your website doesn't do anything. We shouldn't have to tell you who we are to file a complaint against a bad company.Talibot st family dental in london, Ont aka Davenport dental.I initially went to them with perfect teeth and no cavities. After dental cleanings at their office my teeth started to crack months later. Then I lost several teeth. Davenport dental office use metal tools to scrape and clean teeth when actually warn not to use metal objects in teeth. Something is not right about how they clean the teeth and if this is a common practice it's causing more damage than good, I will report them to the dental associations as well. My Relatives also NOT Insured are suffering same fate. After one cleaning months later their teeth are chipping and breaking. Another person I know went to them this person didn't smoke or eat candy or take any medications, nor do they do drugs and at prime age and excellent health but this Davenport found so many cavities and drilled all over their mouth compromising the integrity of the teeth. Now davenport surprisingly got more work and thousands of dollars later enamel is filled with fillings. Please investigate davenport dental.Canada is not a safe country so please don't ask me for my information. It appears people can't even sue anyone here for malpractice unless they are loaded with money, which leaves them vulnerable to more scams. I'm leaving it up to you to do something. Will you investigate these dental scams? People shouldn't be losing their teeth after an uninsured dental visit The uninsured can't sue. We are not paying after we were harmed. We understand that Canada does not help victims or support them but fights against them. I'll complain to the world and the dental associations.I want my teeth back! Please NO fake harmful metal implants. Our money back would be nice as nothing they can do unless it's stem cell replacement teeth which is not available to the poor.

I have been trying to report Lionheart Property Management in London Ontario to the BBB. I provided email correspondence with the company proving my claims that I stated in my report. I have been living in Filthy dangerous conditions in my rental property at 811 Sarnia Road for almost a year but because I rent im not considered a customer? even though I live on the property. so BBB or Lionheart Property Management will not communicate with me any further. my landlord and I have a paper trail that we have kept regarding our attempted communications with the company. my landlord can only do so much when they don't live in this city. property management needs to be held accountable for the deplorable living conditions. why is BBB protecting such terrible business practices when they have more than enough evidence to critically analyze the situation for them selves.

Mar-Zac property Maintenance did not fulfill their contract. The owoner" walked throiugh the front and back making suggestions about improvemet and how he could do it. He set the price and then did not show up until a month after the meeting. Each time he pushed the work to a later date and then still did not show up on time and worked no more than 15 hours

BBB is a Business making money from the other businesses. on their web page, you can find any company to do a review but their company is not listed so you can't review them. They are ruining the businesses for fake, non sense reviews and they hide themself.

I can see it's a organization of crooks just taking money from the people and do not do anything to help us. Why there is corruption in businesses as there is no quality control. Canada is not what it used to be. Especially when crooks are everywhere and organizations like BBB does nothing to help, only takes our personal information and then we do not feel safe. I'll take this to social media. Do something to help the people stop taking their money and claiming to be a nonprofit organization so that you can get tax breaks from the government. I'll report you to CRA. You have no right to claim that you are nonprofit when you take people's money obviously you're making a profit.

I trust BBB with my life at this point. They never fail to deliver ! I have used their services more than four times in the span of three years. One of them involved overseas communication ( I was outside of Canada, the firm I complained was in Canada). I could not believe how fast and effective they have resolved my problem. All the rest of my complaints were while I was in Canada. They are efficient, they are trustworthy, they are timely. And most importantly the companies and / or individuals take immediate actions to fulfill your requests once BBB contacts them. In these times of COVID19 I had several shipments which were delayed /deferred /not shipped. Not a single complaint was resolved when I first attempted to contact the online stores directly. All of them got immediate attention and resolved with the best outcome for me when I contacted BBB. I genuinely am very happy such firm exists.

My company has been a member of the BBB for 10+ years. I have made contact with this office about 6 times over the last year and asked them to change the email address they send our customer requests to and they have been unable to accomplish this simple task. I have left voicemails at their office and my calls have gone unreturned. For a company that is supposed to value customer service they sure don't seem to value their own!! If anyone can put me in contact with the owner of the BBB I sure would appreciate it!

Had a problem in getting our refund back from a Medic Alert company that promised you could cancel the contract at any time and get the unused amount back.. We paid for a year and after 3 months My 83 year old bother had to go into a retirement home so we requested a refund and couriered the equipment back. After numerous emails and calls, to no avail we contacted the BBB. They promptly contacted the Medic co. Even though they did not get a response from them we did after a few weeks finally get our money, with no apology . Without the BBB,s assistance our only other recourse was small claims court. Thankfully we didn,t go that route. Thank you BBB
