I wasn't very happy this notice under my wiper when I arrived back at my car, I wasn't paying a dollar to return a heart monitor to the drs office, I wasn't even on the property 5 minutes, Nanaimo has gotten to a real low

The receptionist for Dr Jenkin is very rude. Won’t greet you until she is finished with her work and then claims your appointment time is different to the one that was booked over the phone by herself. She must think that waiting in a doctors office is some kind of fun. Good surgeon-but if this is the sort mannerism I have to deal with-I’d rather wait for someone else.

Nice building, not sure why Google is saying closed. It is indeed open for business as of March 2019 at least. Also not sure about all the different docs employees, but Dr Barnsley has nice staff.

Unprofessional staff, rude and disrespectful front desk, went for assigned tests and was explicitly told I would be contacted after said tests and was not, then was told it was my responsibility to contact them... Utterly useless when it comes to any sort of paperwork needed for anything, would not recommend to my worst enemy
