I absolutely love this store. It has the best collection of jeans. So many cute things & the staff is extremely friendly as well helpful. A huge shout out to Lilwen for helping me find the perfect pair of jeans! Ohh and the boots are next on my list. Love having you guys in Shawnessy!

Came to the store about a month before Stampede to look for some shirts, belt and a new felt hat, and they had no selection. Came again today, a week before CS, and again, nothing in my size. Limited selection on colours too which was very disappointing. Won’t come back, at least not to this location.

Bought a hat at stampede last year, wore it once and it was misshapen. Brought it in today to get it fixed and had possibly the worst customer service experience. The first lady at the desk was wonderful and told me she would help me and try to fix it but just about every other employee was shockingly rude. They acted like I was so stupid for asking them to fix a hat, told me it wasn’t possible and then said I should just buy a replacement. I asked them to try and fix it at least and every one of them straight up refused to even TRY. Why would I buy an expensive replacement when my hat is brand new? If anything I should be offered a replacement.

I was greeted when I walked in which was nice! But no one helped me to find a size or show me where anything was. I managed to find what I needed but the extra help would have been nice. Great inventory for the boots, shirts and pants. Not so great for the dresses. Also, it's on the pricier side !

Had a great experience here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection of clothing and tack. We were very pleased with the selection and our purchases! Shout out to the manager who assisted us. She was very helpful with our new purchases!

I’ve never been to a store with so many employees that have zero knowledge or kindness. 5 employees standing around as I am walking around trying to find something I need. Not one asked if I needed a hand or greeted me when I walked in. Felt like I did the job for them. Never giving my money to a store like this.

If you've been here, you know. So much awesome Western gear. It's all top shelf, and everything they sell appears to be high quality. I would recommend having a list of things you need when you go in, because you may otherwise come out with your wallet much lighter and a lot of great western swag.
