This was my first laser experience and I'm in love. Rita is amazing at what she does and such an expert in her field. I felt comfortable and in good hands with her. After just my first session, I'm already seeing results and it didn't even hurt! From the moment I walked through their doors, I was warmly welcomed by Toni (medical aesthetician/administrator) and assessed with a courtesy consultation by Rita. The booking process was quick and easy after that. Their small, but mighty, team is kind, respectful and conducts their business with integrity — which is so refreshing. Keep it up ladies! INCREDIBLE! Quick, competitive prices, and so friendly! They squeezed me in day of & Toni had me in and out in less than 20 minutes for my first ever underarm laser session. She made me feel so comfortable, the location is stylish, and they even gave me a complimentary hair clip to take home. Will be doing all my laser here!!!

I went to Satiny Smooth for the first time and was greeted by friendly staff. I have never had electrolysis before but Rita walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Although not a painless procedure Rita was excellent and communicated throughout the session. By late evening I couldn't even tell I had anything done (no redness, marking, etc) except less hair of course! Looking forward to my next appt!

From the moment you step into the salon, you know you are going to have a good experience! Nancy at reception is so kind and welcoming and Rita does amazing work! My eyebrows have never looked better! I have strayed in the past and had my eyebrows done elsewhere, and regretted “cheating” on Rita! I have also had lash lifts done here and the experience was so good! Rita really cares about her clients and wants them to love the results! Can’t wait for covid to be over to try other services!
