Kevin is second generation in this business, I dealt with Kevin's father, Bob for many years and continue to deal with Kevin. I have no complaints about the work, once a part failed under warranty and Kevin had my van in, and fixed up, no questions asked. He and his staff are courteous toward me and my wife has never had a problem dealing with them alone. I highly recommend Bob's Auto for your automotive needs.It has been several years since I wrote the review above and I continue to take my vehicles to Kevin. I have been a loyal customer at Bob's Auto for many years with many vehicles. I phoned today to inquire about installing a front crash sensor on my 2009 Nissan Rogue (and a couple of other small things like clearing codes). I was initially told no problem and made an appointment for next week.A short time later I get a call back from Kevin saying this job is too involved and they cannot do it. I asked if he looked it up on his system and he said yes. I was surprised as everywhere I have seen it seemed to be a fairly simple job. I said ok and hung up. I called another shop and they told me the billing for replacement is 0.8 hours. I can only assume they were not going to make enough money out of me so didn't want the job (they did not explain).I have referred many people to this shop as I have always known them to be honest. This is the first time Kevin was ever rude to me on the phone. Extremely disappointed.

I always appreciate Kevin and his staff. I had broken down while they were on Christmas break and had my vehicle towed to Bob's Auto. As soon as the staff returned, they were prompted to contact me and squeeze my vehicle in their busy schedule. They diagnosed my issue quickly and had it repaired in a cost-effective way for my budget. They also let me know what to possibly expect later on to help me save and budget for future repairs. They have always treated me respectfully and helped me fix my vehicle on my single parent tight budget in a timely manner. I recommend Bob's Auto to all of my friends.

I want to give a FIVE STAR rating to Kevin and his team at Bob's Auto Service in Milton, ON. In the past I had my van's exhaust repaired from Bob's Auto, but again it got damaged recently. When I went to Kevin to get it repaired, he checked his records and said it was still under warranty and they repaired it without charging a single cent from me. I truly appreciate and value their honesty while offering their best service as always. I recommend Kevin and his team to anyone who is looking to have their help and service. Yes, service here costs a bit more and it's sometimes hard to get through on the phone, because they're busy - busy doing great work and explaining what your options are. I've NEVER been pushed to buy a premium part here and they always explain the cost, warranty and quality differences between options. I don't hesitate to bring my vehicle to these guys for anything non-trivial
