Inspire Hot Yoga

This gem of a studio is an eclectic mix of so many amazing people and things. The instructors really care and want what is best for you. They encourage you to be your best, happiest version of you on your mat, they cheer you on, they are generous with their enthusiasm.. then there's the epic playlists that just seem to be exactly what you need to hear to keep you going, quiet the inner critic, and make you smile while your leaving all your sweat on the mat.. did I mention all the little extras that make it the best experience? Sooo many candles providing the best glow. The many blocks, straps, towels, mats (for rent) on hand for those who need. Those lemon-grass towels magically placed by your head to celebrate the end of class in zen-style. The beautifully placed messaging throughout the studio, reminding you when you come and go just how amazing and special you are. And who doesn't love mini chocolate bars at the end of class! Everyone is helpful, friendly, and encourages you to be you. I highly recommend!

I absolutely enjoyed my yoga session at Inspire Hot Yoga. I admired the space, it was relaxing and cozy. The class was tough, but Daniel made it fun. I will definitely be going back!

Today's practice was exactly what I needed. My entire energy has shifted, mood improved and feel an over all well being I haven't been feeling the past few days. Thank you Dan - your studio is a beautiful thing!!

Loved the experience and vibe - was visiting Lethbridge for the weekend and found this awesome place of peace and happiness. Daniel’s lived experience is inspirational! Interactive class -chatty folks, while on the mats … but the vibe is a nice change from the typical yogi “shhhh” hype! Thanks for the warm welcome.

Inspire hot yoga is an excellent studio with staff that are kind, helpful, supportive and always positive!My hot yoga class is something I look forward too each day! It is so good for the mind and body, I leave inspire hot yoga feeling, refreshed, rebalanced and happy after every session!

I love to come and participate in the Namaslay class. Such a great atmosphere. Be ready to work hard and have a great time. Daniel makes everyone feel welcome.

Nicoleen did a wonderful job teaching yoga! She is an attentive, thoughtful, considerate and incredibly competent teacher. Lovely ambiance. Marvelous experience overall!

Ashley did a fantastic job! She made sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable during her class. She explained how to move your body during poses and gave modifications as well.

This was my first time at Inspire and first doing yoga let alone hot yoga! Was a little unsure going in but felt welcome from the first step in the door. Daniel was friendly and explained things to me. Others in the class helped explain a couple things as well before the class. During the class I watched what other people were doing and listened to Daniel and it was really good. I will catch on to the movements and I am excited to go back! Thank you for making it comfortable for a newbie!
