Loris worked on our home purchase patiently and wisely in a very tight market. We were able to see a wide variety of houses so we could be sure we knew what we wanted and be ready to jump on the perfect house when it finally came up. Loris was available on a moments notice to view houses. Loris helped our house sell with great staging and pricing advice so we sold quickly in a down market.

Let me begin by saying we’ve enjoyed our first home immensely since Loris helped us purchase it. We’re not going to say that it was an easy process. As this was our first home, we had high expectations for what we wanted to get, constrained by our budget, and combined with very little understanding of what we were asking for or what the market could offer. This translated to many weeks of hard work for Loris as he took us to numerous viewings a day and patiently walked us through all of them. Throughout these visits, he took the time to educate us and share the knowledge that his experience taught him. He was the most critical one in many of the houses, with a good eye for identifying home layout concerns and long-term issues. Loris is a great realtor, and we would highly recommend him to our friends and family!

Loris was a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile several times during our sale. Our 'journey' from listing to close wasn't particularly smooth or easy but Loris was steadfastly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and maintained a fantastic attitude and a great sense of humour throughout. Cannot say enough good things about Loris. I've know him for close to 20 years. His experience in both new home construction and the used market provides peace of mind to his clients looking in either sector. Deciding on Loris for my agent was a good decision, given how patient and understanding he was with my many eccentricities and uncommon features wanted in my first home purchase.
