All of the staff at Bense are so friendly and helpful! They take the time to ensure you know exactly what each process is and answer any questions or concerns you may have in detail! They don't give you promises they can't keep and tell you what you can expect with your results! A+ for sure... I will be back!!

I had been thinking about the laser vision correction treatment after seeing the add on tv. The time had come to renew my prescription glasses, so I decided to make an appointment with Bense Vision to get more info.The dedicated professionals at Bense Vision walked me through the procedure and the rest is history. It's pain free and takes a short time to complete. The improvement to my vision, particularly my night driving vision is unbelievable.You seniors who may have had some doubt, make that appointment and check it out for yourself. You'll be glad you did. I'm in my seventies and it's given me a new lease on life

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at Bense!!The staff were friendly, informative and helpful.The place is immaculate.After my consultation the first day, I felt very confident to get the surgery the next day.Dr. Bense was great to deal with and Dr. Lakosha did an amazing job with my eye surgery.I honestly can't say enough about this staff.I am so happy to actually have 20/20 vision.Thank you Bense Vision for the amazing experience.

I had Lasik done here recently. Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and informative. I felt comfortable going into surgery the day of. Definitely would recommend to anyone interested in getting Lasik done.

My experience was exceptional. The staff were not only friendly but knowledgeable. Being nervous is common I'm sure when dealing with your eyes. I was put at ease and was walked through the procedure step by step. The follow up that was provided afterwards was equally important to me .My sight is so much better and I was able to lay to rest my glasses.

I was absolutely terrified of getting this done but wanted it for so long. After I met the dream team, Gail & Bev, it was so easy to say Yes! The service was phenomenal, the institution is beautiful and so professional. They treat you so well there. From my consult, to preparing for surgery day and follow up, I felt so comfortable with my decision. Dr. Lakosha was amazing! My experience with Bense was amazing. From the wonderful staff to the relaxing atmosphere it was great.The procedure itself was painless with slight pressure only lasting for a few seconds and they talk you through every step and the procedure only took 10 minutes. My vision was 2025 on my 1 day checkup snd Dr.Lakosha said with my very strong prescription along with severe astigmatism in both eyes that was excellent. Things are going really well and my suggestion for anyone contemplating ilasik to visit them for a consult .I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
