I came to the store today to change my mom's phone plan. I had an excellent experience with Jubin. Jubin was very professional and had excellent customer service skills. He was very friendly and it was easy to speak with him. He was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had. In addition, he had a great attitude and willigness to help. I could tell that he had my best interest in mind. Thank you Jubin for the positive experience!

5 stars to sharaya!! The only person who helped us with getting the right plan and what to do on fixing our phone problems. Everyone in the store helped as well. If you need help ask for sharaya. She is also not new so that helps to have someone who knows what their doing and talking about. Very patient and kind. Will do anything to help you !!!

SCAMMERSDo not visit them. They are not helpful at all. Went there to get esim that I paid online already and they were charging $20 just for the esim. I drove 20 kms and they couldn't give me a sim card.Do not go there.

I had such a great experience with TELUS Southgate on June 8th. I started at the Apple Store (with a booked appointment), and they couldn't seem to wrap their heads around the issues I was having with my phone (after speaking to multiple 'Geniuses'...)TELUS (Rosa and another guy- didn't catch his name) sorted it out right away and for substantially cheaper than Apple was offering.Thank you Rosa, you were great!

Came to the store tonight at 8:40pm (20minutes before closing) to upgrade my phone to the Pixel 7. I attempted to call multiple times between 7:30-8:15pm with no answer so just came to store to purchase it.Upon entering a young woman greets me and asks me what I need help with and when I tell her I’m looking for a pixel 7 I’m told they cannot help me tonight as it takes 1 hour to process everything and get me out the back with my new phone and they close at 9.I have bought a lot of phones in my time and it does not take an hour. Max it’s taken was 30minutes on the high end. Usually 20minutes and I’m out the door.I walked over to Koodo across from the Telus store and got my new Pixel like I wanted and switched everything over to them on the spot and only took 20mins. I was out by 9:05pm. (Yes I know Telus owns Koodo Moblie. But the point is Telus employees simply didn’t want to help me/do there job)I wouldn’t shop there at that specific store again.

I went to the store for a device return. It was not even opened and it was a brand new in box. Which was ordered from customer service and it was confirmed by the loyalty department over phone for a drop off to the nearest telus store. As well the customer service had already made note to my account for the drop off to make it easy for the store member. Unfortunately when I went to the store. The associate at the door returned me without looking at my account and said this can't be done at that moment as it's 5 mins to close the store.i just had to drop off and the store was still open for customers. I had the question if you can entertain customers 5 mins prior to the store closing why would u jeep the doors open and why does it say the closing time 6pm and not 5.55pm. I requested almost 4 times coz of my busy schedule but the associate denied and said to come back later even when other associate were helping out other customers. This wasn't a very good customer service they are providing to any customers. In future I will not visit this store at all.
